00:00Well, you guys are here with us today so that we can be able to have a peaceful rally in
00:03regards to letting us walk for graduation.
00:05We think it's very imperative for us to be able to cross that milestone and be able to walk across
00:10that stage
00:10because it's not only about walking across that stage, it's about that energy and that feeling that you get while
00:15you walk across that stage,
00:16being accepted by your peers, being accepted by administration.
00:19So when we're able to walk across that stage, it is way more significant than we think.
00:24So my personal emotion, I was a bit disappointed.
00:26I actually was also a bit shocked because it was 30 days before graduation, of course, that we found this
00:32out.
00:33And I felt a little bit blindsided because there was no proper communication, once again, from the administration.
00:41Everything we've learned was from student government.
00:43So there's a lot of students, families coming from different places, different countries, coming for the specific day.
00:50And a simple standing up and sitting down at graduation, it's not enough for those families that took the sacrifice
00:56to come here and represent and support their own family.
