EU shouldn't 'humiliate' itself by seeking direct talks with Russia, warns Kallas

High Representative Kaja Kallas has once again rebuffed the idea of direct talks between the European Union and Russia, warning that Moscow is "gearing up its military for a long-term confrontation with the West".
