00:13under New York's 2013 gambling expansion after securing one of three downstate licenses in
00:192025. The expansion adds roulette, craps, baccarat, and blackjack, supported by dealers
00:26recruited from other states and a local training program. The project has created more than 1,200
00:32jobs and expects 500 more by summer. A sports book is under construction. The casino will
00:39temporarily operate as the city's only facility, paying 63% tax on slots revenue and 30% on table
