00:55children who had put in a petition and had demanded that they also have certain rights they had in

01:36had deprived them of their rightful sharing their father's uh assets not just that they also accused uh
01:42his wife priya sij came out with holding two two documents and details about the will now in this
01:46application that the court passed an order on today they have sort of it was an interim injunction
01:51application the court has allowed that but basically the court has restrained creation of any third
01:56party right as far as sanjay kapoor's assets are concerned as this will have to be preserved till the
02:01time the suit challenging the validity of the will is still pending so basically a status quo remains in
02:07place things will remain as they are uh the court has also issued some more detailed directions
02:13regarding uh some account statements details to the file and has also said that uh basically
02:19restrained operation of some foreign bank accounts and cryptocurrency as well so uh the court has
02:24acknowledged in the state that some suspicious circumstances have been raised by the arishma kapoor
02:39children in this case so since we know since the entire uh dispute and the controversy regarding
03:00sanjay kapoor's estate has started we have seen multiple uh petitions suits applications being
03:06filing different courts in delhi uh this in a way is the first order that we have seen come from
