Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav reached the Supreme Court today for his case in connection with seven cheque-bounce cases involving Murli Projects Pvt. Ltd. The bench comprising Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, Justice Joymalya Bagchi and Justice V. Mohana heard the matter. The Supreme Court directed Rajpal Yadav to deposit Rs 1.15 crore immediately and granted him time until October 13 to deposit the remaining Rs 85 lakh through RTGS. The Supreme Court has listed the matter for further hearing after two weeks.
