00:00So this woman is all bent out of shape because she was hit with a $100 bag fee because, oh,
00:10she was flying to Coachella out in California.
00:14And so listen, a couple of things that are at play here.
00:17So her bag was 51.01.
00:22So one pound over the 50.
00:25So a lot of times, listen, we have had a bag that's been over by a pound or two.
00:31And if you get the right agent at the ticket agent at the counter, they don't.
00:39They'll sometimes slap a heavy sticker on the thing.
00:42And that's happened to us a few times.
00:44But again, we check bags very, very infrequently.
00:49So have you ever done or have you ever seen anybody do the luggage shuffle?
00:54Oh, yeah.
00:55Like you have one bag that's 42 pounds and one that's like 55 pounds.
00:58You'll see it at the airport.
01:00You'll see people with their bags opened up on the floor at the ticket counter and they're moving stuff around.
01:06That's the luggage shuffle.
01:07That's been my wife a couple of times.
01:09Really?
01:09You know, too many shoes in one bag.
01:11She always carries a light bag because she brings her own pillows.
01:14So the shoes had to go in the pillows bag.
01:16Hold on.
01:16You're checking a bag with just pillows?
01:20You don't understand.
01:21That is ridiculous.
01:22No, no.
01:23Your parents do that.
01:24Well, that's idiotic.
01:25Allison has.
01:26Allison's idiotic and so are my parents.
