00:03Hello, I'm Germán Morales,
00:06Técnico de Independiente Santa Fe Femenino.
00:09I want to tell you a little bit about my story in the female football game,
00:13which started 12 years ago
00:15in the National University Pedagógica,
00:18asisting to the training of my students' studies,
00:22then being assistant and trainer of the team of the university.
00:29Then, I started my journey here in the Liga of Bogotá,
00:33asisting to the most important players
00:36who participated in the Liga Femenina.
00:40I had the opportunity to be the technical assistant
00:43of the Selecciones Bogotá Femeninas,
00:46and later, they gave me the opportunity
00:49to be the technical assistant of the Selecciones Femeninas,
00:54starting for the first time in the infant and then pre-juvenile and juvenile,
01:02with very good results.
01:05And fortunately, I found, after my release of the Selecciones Bogotá,
01:11the support of the Futur Soccer,
01:13which is one of the important clubs in the capital,
01:16the female football field,
01:18and the last year,
01:20we made a beautiful alliance
01:21between Futur Soccer and Independiente Santa Fe,
01:24which was the pre-ambul of this important step
01:27that we have now as Independiente Santa Fe
01:30to participate in the Liga Professional Femenina.
01:34I think we started, like all of us, in the football.
01:37From very little,
01:38that was my biggest illusion,
01:42being a football player.
01:43I got to be 13 years old
01:44to the Menores Division of Millonarios,
01:45I did the entire career with them,
01:47until I got to be a professional football.
01:50I had the pleasure of being a champion in the 1978 year.
01:54Then, as a professional player,
01:56I got to be a Santa Fe
01:59and a Remanso Club of Puerto Rico.
02:01That was basically my career as a football player.
02:05Then, I did some training in Brazil,
02:07and here in Colombia,
02:09and I worked with different teams.
02:12I worked with the Menores Division of Millonarios
02:14in Santa Fe,
02:15where we had a interesting process
02:18with players from the size of Pacho Najera,
02:22from Jairo Suárez,
02:23from Stalin Mota.
02:24We were there since I was 13 years old,
02:27doing a training in Santa Fe
02:29and today,
02:29they are one of the great football players
02:32that has our country.
02:34In this professional league,
02:36we all have the expectation
02:38of being the first champion,
02:40but Santa Fe has a commitment
02:41with history,
02:43and has the legacy
02:44of being the first champion
02:46of the Colombian football team.
02:48With that illusion,
02:49we started with that challenge,
02:52and with the firm conviction
02:55that we can achieve it.
02:57I have absolute clarity
02:59that the female football football
03:01will be very big.
03:03Unfortunately,
03:04I think we have not given the importance
03:05that they deserve.
03:07We have been a bit unjustified with them,
03:09but there are women
03:10who have extraordinary conditions
03:12and the technical foundation
03:14that they have,
03:15I think that they have
03:17that physical failures.
03:19For example,
03:20when we are facing
03:20to the United States,
03:24the United States,
03:25the German,
03:26the French,
03:27in all,
03:27that we can achieve
03:29with good dynamics,
03:31with the foundation
03:32that we have
03:33with our technique
03:34and, logically,
03:35adding a little bit of speed.
03:37We need to pay
03:38a little bit more attention
03:39to the girls,
03:39because that's a great future
03:40that we have.
03:41We need to pay attention,
03:41Thank you very much.
