00:15the victims, the maximum satisfaction possible of their rights.
00:22We have agreed, as you just said, to create a special jurisdiction for the peace that will guarantee
00:31that the crimes committed in the case of the conflict, especially the most graves and representative,
00:40will not be in the impunity.
00:44The jurisdiction will constate from a tribunal and a sala of justice that will investigate,
00:52judge and impose sanctions for these crimes.
01:00This is a major achievement.
01:04We have agreed with the creation of the Commission for the Esclarecimiento of the Verdad
01:10the Convivencia and the No Repetition, and we are very advanced in the Acuerdos in terms of reparation.

03:59and that respond to the expectations of the Colombians of a peace with justice.

08:07en este camino de paz y reconciliación.
