00:00In Nabatiyah, the road north of the Latayni River is lined with shattered concrete, burn cars and buildings split open.
00:08Residents say this was meant to be outside the danger zone, beyond the so-called yellow line.
00:14But the strikes reached here too.

00:38Here, my friend, there was a building, a six-floor building with 12 apartments.
00:43They brought it down on the women, the children and the people. It was supposed to be safe.

00:52The attacks are no longer confined to villages along the border.
00:55Israel has issued warnings and carried out strikes in towns north of the Latayni River,
01:01while also expanded its campaign eastward into the Bekaa Valley, areas that are close to the Syrian border.

01:11while local officials say civilian areas are being hit during a ceasefire that is supposed to stop the violence.

01:22The municipality is affiliated with the Lebanese state, an area that's supposed to be protected.
01:27In Nabataea, the mayor also says that the cost has been measured not only in destroyed markets and municipal buildings,
01:34but in lives lost on streets residents believe they were protected.
01:40Inside the city, three citizens from this area were martyred, three civilians in a drone strike on their car.

01:48On Monday, Israel's military said it will be gun striking Hezbollah infrastructures in the Bekaa Valley,
01:55while security sources reported strikes near the Syrian border.
01:59For communities across Lebanon, the war's map is now widening.
02:04Here in Nabataea, beyond the Yellow Line, residents say that protection only exists on paper.
02:11As strikes spread from the south to the Bekaa Valley, the ceasefire is not measured by promises,
02:17but by the destruction left behind.
