00:00A very positive example was in December last year, several organizations from the UN scheme, but also civil society, large
00:10groups, international cooperation,
00:12they joined around the same campaign called Celebremos Sin Fronteras and also the government.
00:17It was very interesting because from the barometer of zoonofobia we did a exercise to monitor this campaign and evaluate
00:23what had been the effect in the general conversation of migration.
00:27And we saw that with the campaign of Celebremos Sin Fronteras, there was a considerable increase in the integration comments
00:34and a considerable reduction in the xenophobia comments.
00:39In fact, we did a study together with the FESCOL Foundation and the Universidad Externado de Colombia,
00:46where we looked at the majority of the big campaigns in the country and we realized that the majority, almost
00:5380%, only had effects in Bogotá.
00:57So, this campaign of Celebremos Sin Fronteras was very positive because, as we have gathered efforts from so many different
01:02organizations,
01:03we saw that it could have a much greater reach in terms of the Colombian territory and also more sustained
01:10in the time.
01:11And here, what we rescatamos a little bit about is to unite efforts between different organizations
01:17to respond to moments, for example, coyunturales, like the International Day of Migrantes, the 18th of December.
01:22It is something very positive. We need more campaigns that come out of Bogotá,
01:27that come to the regions, that use other different platforms and that aboguen to transform
01:32the specific myths that we identify in certain territories.
01:36And that is something very positive when we saw this campaign, that the campaign,
01:41by making an articulation of so many organizations, each organization adapt to its reality.
01:45And it is that the reality of the imaginaries of xenophobia in Bogotá
01:49are very different from the imaginaries in Cúcuta, in Cali or in Barranquilla, for example.
01:54And that is why campaigns have to be oriented to these same narratives.
01:59To put a concrete example, in the case of Bogotá, the main connection with xenophobia is insecurity.
02:05But, for example, in Cúcuta or Barranquilla, there is a more narrative of
02:11that they can come, let us, let us, let us, let us, let us, let us, let us, let us
02:24let us, let us, let us, let us show you all the things we have, let us, let us
02:28let us in the context that we see what we have, of course, let us apply for
02:30For people who can be on that together with other campaigns,
02:32there are still good campaigns, as our pandas Colombia !
02:35.. aunque Canada, we also built the campaign for our campaigns
02:40on your flag, right, of my flag, and we also monitored our campaign
02:42on our flag and watched it once and we did we met that they had a very positive effect of
