00:07The women are farmers, we were cooking for the kitchen
00:16But with the gender law we go to the offices
00:23The women, women, women, women, here we came to sing
00:30With these songs, women, women, women, we can achieve peace
00:38We realized what the rights and the duties of women, as Afro and as Indigenous as we have
00:46Because we, as I always said, were very committed
00:51With Ms. Nervita, it was a wonderful work
00:54She gave us all the instruments for that training and training
00:59So that we, as women, can also claim our rights as Indigenous women
01:05And also as Afro
01:13My name is Nervita Moreno López
03:31Si nosotras hubiese mujeres
03:32Yo le pusimos a la población
03:36Cuando nosotros tuvimos una colonia
03:39Y nosotras fuimos a la población
03:40Si nosotros tuvimos otra forma
03:40Entonces nosotros íbamos a la política pública
03:44We can consider the public policy as a successful case, because it takes the feeling of the
03:52women of Bojayase, what they want in the future, and it would also be a card for us, as
04:03an institution, to be able to advance and be able to achieve those goals or that
04:09the public policy was made in order for women to have a better quality of life.
04:16In the process of the public policy, there were about eight or seven goals, which were
04:24economic care, economic autonomy, a life free of violence, right to health, right to
04:32the participation and political representation, the right to the culture and education with
04:38a gender focus, and also the institutional strengthening.
04:42And another element that we have also is the right to the peace.
04:56Here we were working with the children, the adolescents of this student community.
05:02They were able to apply and explain about the process of formulation of the public policy
05:08which is gendered.
05:09The support of the children of the institution were of 9th grade, 11th grade, and that
05:19support was important because they, from their time, say we say, they read very accurately that
05:30the relationship between the parents and the mother and the mother and their brothers, and
05:38they view how they want to be that relationship between men and women in the future.
05:44And we gave the policy in March of 2022 and then there was a process of protocolization of the
05:56municipal administration. Once the policy is adopted by an administrative act, it will enter
06:05in existence.
06:06Well, the challenges that there are in front of the implementation of the public policy
06:10is that we can all feel that the public policy of gender is a topic that we
06:16incumbe to all. It is to say, the importance is that we have the desire to be able to do
06:22things.
06:26The majority of my life has turned around the process of organizing and sharing with women.
06:32This has allowed me to know much more my department, to know from first hand realities that
06:44many times one doesn't know, but it also allowed me to contribute from the council, from the
06:54listening, and from the orientation to those other women.
07:02We are valued women and we can be participating in every one of the political and social scenarios.
07:07The women have taken conscience and we have decided to fight against what we are affecting.
07:17We have to dismantle paradigms and demonstrate that we are capable, that we have to do things
07:26and that the difficulties do not allow us to achieve the objectives.
07:34The women are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, but with the
08:08farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we
08:13are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers,
08:13we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are
08:13farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we
08:13are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers,
08:15we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are
08:15farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we
08:15are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers, we are farmers,
08:15we are farmers, we are farmers
