01:26this is like my favorite view of this is amazing I love how you can see both the Caribbean and

01:33Atlantic side yeah the differences in blues are crazy it's just insane looking we love a Lutheran we
01:40didn't want to go where there were big resorts we really like the seclusion here you can surf on the
01:45Atlantic side it's very wavy and then the other side is calm you can float for hours the wildlife here
01:51is incredible just so many things to do besides the beach I can't believe we get to do this how
01:57awesome and we get to do it together yeah this is something that we really want to do and we're
02:03gonna make it happen money is a concern we have a mortgage on our home in Houston we're gonna probably

02:45times you guys visited it's probably our seventh I love the Bahamas it's a place what I call home the
02:51Bahamas is made up of 700 islands and keys and today I'm in Eleuthera east of Nassau which is our

02:58and Eleuthera is 110 miles long and two miles wide there's over 125 beaches on this island we plan to
03:06see every one of them yeah we're very active so nice yes we are four children later oh my we've

03:17working so hard so we're so ready to like settle down here and see what you have for us it's

03:23seclusion and privacy still important for you guys still important still want to be able to skinny dip
03:27oh all right we still need three bedrooms three baths ocean view all right half the seawater okay
03:36and with a pool and with a pool listen you're in paradise guys are you really going to use a

03:42absolutely yeah yes she's got to have the pool what about the budget so she's worked me up to a

03:49that's the top of my budget and no wiggle room at all yeah maybe she already wiggled me up to

04:02the real estate market in Eleuthera is heating up you have a lot of buyers a lot of celebrities but
04:09limited inventory that means everything is going through the roof right now that one million dollars
04:14what they see as their ideal home is gonna be so hard to find so guys this house is gonna
04:25blow you
04:26away I'm just here to show you what the market looks like different price points yeah this one
04:34is actually a three bedroom three and a half bath and a separate cottage wow all your non-negotiables
04:39are in this on the market for three point two million dollars for three wow it's just to let you

04:47what the market is like it's gonna be challenging trying to put those non-negotiables in one property

05:08residential here on this left side you have an exclusive beach so the house where I'm taking you

07:44not what I was hoping for we could make that a larger window maybe sounds like more money how was
07:51it tell me good that's good I think one of my main concerns is the road noise and then the

07:57window to see the ocean was just hard for me we're at 1.2 yeah over budget and it doesn't

08:03boxes I just don't think it's the one for us don't knock this one off your list just yet remember

08:08market is very limited right now I was trying to fit all those non-negotiables into this property I
08:14know we fell short not having that exact view that's why I tried to include that Gulf Guard and you

08:18that private beach right up the road trying my best here you're busting my balls a little bit
08:25well we're gonna bust them a little bit more I believe you can find the house for us on this

08:31is this a complete no for this house

08:46all right this is a little more stressful for me because the costs are not what I anticipated I
08:51knew things close to the beach are high but this is a 1.2 million dollar house without a great

08:57I hear road noise and that's almost heartbreaking because we have our hearts set on this island in
09:02this place yeah I think it's a little discouraging just to see how expensive this place is and kind
09:08of the wish list that we have may not actually happen for us with the price point that we're at
09:21all right so preacher's cave this is where Luthera was founded really yeah there's a shipwreck out
09:28there came over here and had to live in this cave well I'm not living in a cave we've been

09:34years now we work together we're always together we're pretty inseparable we're literally are always
09:39touching that's a good sign for our marriage wow oh look at that I love how this island is like
09:45not touristy at all there's no one all right you're gonna try to get up here you know we'll be

09:51here ha no we are not doing anything like that in this case we have a marriage ministry and we

09:58teach about sex to people that are about to get married and how important it is for us it's a

10:02important part of our marriage what do you think the settlers did vacationing too brings it out even
10:08more there's a lot of freedom in Eleuthera this is cool this is awesome sometimes we're the only
10:13people on the beach you know things happen oh my all right let's go to the beach
10:28I can't wait to show you this house we ventured not into current settlement this is like a little
10:34village town only residential very secluded as you can see is bush and undeveloped land on the left
10:40and right sides of us so you got that privacy for days yeah you could go naked the house is

10:49bedroom two bath this would be the Caribbean side so you have a gorgeous beach at the backyard awesome
10:55and Sean guess what the price is please tell me it's in our range at the top of your budget

15:39always about work and doing and going however I have found the perfect spot that we can open a
15:45wedding venue here no this is our vacation spot I know but it's so pretty at least give me a

16:00I am so excited we're gonna be headed for Rainbow Bay settlement for residential community very private
16:09still developing okay it's actually gonna be the Atlantic side you're gonna have some nice views so
16:15wow you got a rocky road here yeah super rocky road but that adds to the seclusion and the remoteness
16:21of this house guys you're gonna fall in love so this home sits on a 10,000 square feet lot
16:26you have
16:26an infinity pool that's heated and you could chill it oh wow this property actually just came on the
16:33market it's not perfect what is that it is being sold as is oh no oh come on give it
16:40give it some thought
16:41this is your construction zone here you still have some work to do yeah I see that but listen
16:48look past that everything you see here is only cosmetic and it's landscaping the house and the
16:53pool are done okay on the main house you have a two-bedroom three-bath and you have a beautiful
16:58one-bedroom one-bath cottage which adds a little bit of rental income for you so extra privacy for
17:03guests yeah and the entire property is nine hundred and eighty thousand dollars so you got some wiggle room
17:08there you got me under budget with the construction yes okay how I see it you got a little bit
17:13of shrubs
17:14and dirt you have to move around mm-hmm they're gonna get this property at somewhat of a steal the
17:20biggest challenge is seeing past the construction we're just gonna have to really fix this up for
17:25it to be as beautiful as the other properties you could always go at your own pace but now we
17:30have
17:30to work when we're here but we have a view it is you have a pool yes inside is amazing
17:37go on up and

20:15really big decision a really big investment and if this is the wrong decision it's pretty tough to
20:20recover from so we want to make the right choice we chose the blue ocean view house this house is
20:37everything we hoped it would be we know we made the right decision the yellow house didn't have a view
20:42that's for me it was the deal breaker and it was sitting at 1.2 over budget yeah the greenhouse
20:47had the
20:49view yeah like it was phenomenal yeah but it didn't have a pool and we would have to change the
20:54furniture oh I need my wine the construction it's actually not as stressful as what we thought it was
21:01going to be it's fun work because it's something that we are in love with we can actually design our
21:06own landscape which is fun for us well we could run a boat let's run a boat and go up
21:10the Caribbean we
21:12feel very blessed to be here just beyond blessed being here is very romantic for us it rejuvenates us
21:20and gets us ready to go back to Houston and work on our businesses it makes us better as lovers
