00:00What's the name of Chromos?
00:14Well, the revista Chromos, better said, one has the memory of a Colombian from very little,
00:19and it's like, and it's already said several, but the revista Chromos is like the album of the history of
00:24Colombia.
00:24So, how to forget, for example, when I was little, the reinados were important.
00:30This, fortunately, has stopped having a big role in the country,
00:35but I always remember the mini Chromos,
00:38having it in the house when I was little, and the reinas came, etc.
00:42So, I remember particularly of that special that always had the revista.
00:46What's the name of Chromos?
00:51Well, I've seen the evolution, as I said, the mini Chromos,
00:53that when we were little, the specials of the reinado were important,
00:59and Chromos always covered the reinado in Cartagena,
01:01and also how Chromos covered the national life,
01:06and not necessarily the issue of the jet set,
01:09as they say, in quotes,
01:11but also the social life of the politicians, of the culture and others.
01:18Chromos also has always been characterized by having very good interviews,
01:21and I think that now, with this digital transformation,
01:25which has been a challenge for all the media of communication,
01:27not only for the impresion, but also for those who work on radio and television,
01:31we've had that challenge of how to face the digital part,
01:35to see how Chromos has migrated to that.
01:37Also the issue of social networks,
01:39which has become extremely important,
01:41and today the revistas are almost there.
01:48There is one that is going to be this week,
01:50and if not this week, the next week.
01:51I would like to mention that the Constitutional Court
01:53despenalized the abortion for women in the country.
01:57I think that that is the issue of that many women,
01:59who are in favor of the despenalization of the abortion,
02:01and that women don't punish themselves penalically for abortion,
02:06we would like to give that news
02:07that, in case of that the Court decide despenalize it,
02:10it will be historic for Colombia.
02:16To demonstrate to the country and to the people who didn't believe
02:19that women, and especially women who listen radio
02:23after the 10 in the morning,
02:25wanted to be informed and know what happened
02:27with the political reality of the country.
02:28I always can not believe that they were not saying
02:30that they were not supposed to do so.
02:31It is a minute after they said,
02:34that the women still want to hear other things.
02:36And I always said I,
02:37that women can be informed
02:39and also can be in the political debate.
02:43So, of course,
02:44keep trying to influence that
02:45and I think it has been a great challenge
02:46and that we have done.
02:49So,
02:50I think that the mistakes for the next season
02:53or what I want for the next season
02:56It's precisely that, to continue to advance the program in the news, in Noticias Caracol.
03:02We also have given a different perspective to that section,
03:07which has always been considered as political issues,
03:09and what I wanted to do is, beyond doing political issues,
03:13to do an analysis and show how the power works,
03:16which people sometimes don't know.
03:17So, it's to continue showing people how the power works in Colombia,
03:22in every way, political, social, business, etc.
03:26So, I think I'm going to keep working very well in radio and television
03:29and also focus on writing.
03:37I want to be a mom, without a doubt,
03:39and obviously, as the clock is running,
03:41then, of course, it's in the plans, of course.
03:49We are doing a project that I have to tell you,
03:51very interesting,
03:52called Detox Information Project,
03:54which is a project that we are launching for the next year,
03:57which is looking for a tool to deliver the environment
04:00to despolarize the environment
04:02and so that people are less vulnerable to the disinformation.
04:05We are launching with a partner,
04:07who is a friend of mine from the college,
04:08who we are together with in the university,
04:10who is a consultant of Ciencias del Comportamiento,
04:12and what we want is to provide a tool
04:15in which the citizens,
04:17in the highest quantity possible,
04:19can be used to identify
04:20what are their risks
04:21when consuming political information.
04:24Because we don't want to change
04:26the people's way of thinking
04:28about who to vote or not,
04:29but we want to make sure
04:31that the people are aware
04:32of what are the risks
04:33that they have when consuming information.
04:34...
04:39A message enorme
04:41on Cumpleaños,
04:42saying thank you for having been
04:44so many years in the journalism
04:46and being there,
04:46that you are representing this scenario
04:49and that hopefully,
04:49many years later,
04:50because we need to be the media
04:51to be the impresion,
04:52we need to be the good journalism
04:53in all areas,
04:55the journalism is important and relevant
04:57in all areas of the coverage
05:00and hopefully,
05:01that we are present in a while
05:02in more time!
