00:07So, I moved to Miami almost two years ago, and I'm loving it.
00:13I think it was the best decision I made.
00:15As soon as I moved, I got pregnant with my son Kai, and I was trying for so long.
00:19So I think the Miami water really helped me out.
00:23And yes, I'm so close to Brazil here.
00:25I'm close to my family, so I'm definitely much happier.
00:30It had always been my dream to be a mom.
00:32It was my biggest dream to be a mom.
00:34And, you know, when you want to be a mom so bad, you have so much expectations, right?
00:40So I definitely got caught by surprise in a lot of things, especially, you know, postpartum, the birth.
00:49Like, I thought I was going to have a very easy birth, and I stayed in labor for over 24
00:54hours.
00:54It was really hard.
00:55I ended up having a C-section.
00:57And also the postpartum hormones, like, it's so crazy.
01:01You're so emotional after giving birth.
01:03And I remember feeling guilty because I didn't want to be sad.
01:06You know, I had my baby.
01:08It was my biggest dream.
01:09But there's a lot of little things that, you know, being a mom comes with.
01:15But it's the most magical thing that has ever happened in my life.
01:20I feel complete, 100%.
01:27I think it's hard because you want to be present in your child's life, like, 24-7, right?
01:34And you feel guilty all the time.
01:37I feel guilty when I leave the house, like, to go have lunch, and I'm not with him if he
01:42did something different.
01:44I feel very guilty when I need to travel for work, and I'm not home for three nights.
01:50But it's a part of it.
01:51It's part of it.
01:52The time I spend with him, it's really quality time, and I'm 100% there.
01:56One thing I started to say after becoming a mom, it's not about the amount of time you spend.
02:03It's about the quality time that you spend with your child.
02:10It was actually something that my followers asked for.
02:14They were always like, oh, you should have your own brand.
02:16And I was like, hmm.
02:17It seemed so far away at the time.
02:20And then I was like, you know what?
02:21I should just do it.
02:22The opportunity came, and what inspired me was really, like, my style, my connection to Brazil.
02:28I'm Brazilian, my Brazilian roots.
02:29So the brand really has that, like, Latina vibe, that sex appeal.
02:34It makes me really happy to see so many people wearing CCC.
02:37I went to Coachella recently in April, and I saw so many girls wearing my brand.
02:43And I would come up to them and be like, oh, can I film you?
02:45And a lot of girls would, like, look for me and be like, oh, my gosh, did you see I'm
02:50wearing your brand?
02:50I wanted to see you.
02:51So that is, like, priceless, you know, creating something, working so hard on a project,
02:56and then seeing it come to real life and people actually loving it.
03:03It makes me so happy that I launched El Alouz.
03:05It's still a very new brand.
03:06I was so passionate about what El Alouz is all about, like, being clean, creative-free ingredients
03:13that are so unique, like, a lot of Brazilian ingredients that we really did so much research
03:17to have and seeing, like, our beauty oil be one of the best sellers out there.
03:22And our bronzing category, it's been so successful.
03:25And I can't wait to show you guys, like, what's coming up next.
03:32I try not to get pressured by, you know, I need to post every day or I need to look
03:37this way or that.
03:38I really go with my gut and my heart.
03:41And, you know, there are days that I feel amazing and I feel beautiful and I want to create content.
03:47And there are days that I don't feel like myself.
03:50I don't feel great.
03:50And I actually look in the mirror, I'm like, oh, my gosh, I don't look good today.
03:54And those are the days that I'm like, you know what, I'm going to stay in my pajamas.
03:57I'm going to, you know, just work from my computer and my bed.
04:00And it's okay if I'm not out there.
04:06I definitely want another child.
04:08I want Kai to have a sibling.
04:11But professionally, you know, I just want to really concentrate on my brands right now.
04:15I think my book would be mostly about my life and challenges I face.
04:20I have accomplished so much and not going to college made me work even harder to get to where I
04:27am.
