A baby known as Baby Auckland has been buried in Bishop Auckland after his remains were discovered beneath floorboards during renovation work almost two years ago. Despite extensive testing, his identity and cause of death remain unknown.

00:26Despite extensive forensic testing, a cause of death could not be established.
00:30A short ceremony at the town cemetery marked his burial,
00:34attended by investigators, council officials and residents who paid tribute to the child,
00:40described as deserving dignity and a peaceful death.
