00:00Mr Speaker, the Prime Minister called this motion a stunt. That is not why I put my name
00:06to it. But it is funny, though. I was just checking whether they were awake, Mr Speaker.
00:16But it is funny, though, because stunt is exactly the same word Boris Johnson used about
00:22the motion that the Prime Minister and I tabled four years ago, referring Boris Johnson to
00:28the Privileges Committee. Ironic, Alanis Morissette could probably write a whole album about it.
00:35It wasn't a stunt then, and it isn't a stunt today. It is, as the Prime Minister said back
00:43then, a motion that, and I quote, seeks to defend the simple principle that honesty, integrity
00:49and telling the truth, matter in our politics.
00:53Thank you, Alanis Morissette.
