Taiwan's stock market crested 40,000 points for the second day in a row on Tuesday morning. The country's benchmark index, the Taiex, has been having a historic rally, backed by strong performance in the tech sector. The index has grown over 10,000 points since the start of the year, a rise of around 35%.
