00:00We hear another tragedy tonight in our subway system where a man has been shot multiple times.
00:07We understand that he's in stable condition right now. Our prayers and thoughts are with
00:12the victim and his family. Obviously our subway system is in a state of emergency
00:16and as long as you have repeat criminal offenders with guns, again we don't know
00:21whether this person who did the shooting was a repeat criminal offender, but right now the city
00:27the way it is, everyone is carrying weapons on them and that is not a good thing. So again we
00:34need
00:34more subway safety down here, we need better patrols down here and the governor has the national guard
00:40down here, but we don't really see the national guard. Where are they? I've been in the subway system
00:44at night, overnight, I don't see them. So Governor Kathy Hogle, this is on you. You really need to
00:50have every station at least with two roving patrols and there should be checkpoints in the subway system
00:56where they come on the trains with canine dogs and start checking. Because we're going to see,
01:01it's not even summer yet, and we're going to start seeing more and more of these shootings.
01:05That's the reality that we're living in right now. The city is in the state of crisis and state of
01:09emergency.
