01:00And to be perfectly honest, I need to get the remainder of our athletes,
01:06I need them to get ready for NXT television.
01:09You've got to realize, all right, that's the bottom line.
01:11So I kind of want to do away with, I don't know, the points and the teams,
01:16and I still want to have other people, different legends, different superstars come in,
01:23kind of help you guys.
01:25So it's not going to be all on you.
01:27I'm going to have integration of, you know, Matt Bloom and his coaches helping.
01:32But again, we have to get back to training these individuals, plain and simple.
01:35And they can get called up at any point.
01:39The reality is, I don't know when call-ups are happening.
01:42I don't know when Taker's going to call me on the phone to grab somebody down for AAA.
01:46Injuries, all that other kind of stuff.
01:48We've got to have people in the pipeline ready to go.
01:51You guys know that performing in the WWE is unlike performing anywhere else.
01:54But we have to get them ready for NXT television as quickly as possible.
01:58And when I say it's time to go, they're ready to go.

02:40I am currently the head coach and VP of talent development here at the WWE Performance Center.
02:46I've been the head coach now for almost 11 years.
02:50Most people remember from the attitude there are days.
02:53K-Man started off with Prince Albert.
02:55Then I went to A-Train.
02:57The A-Train is building major momentum.
03:01Then I became Pennside.
03:03I had quite a few name changes.
03:05I had an amazing career inside the ring.
03:08And I'm having an even better time outside of the ring right now.
03:14It's a new season and a new LFG.
03:17With Coach Bloom overseeing the Performance Center and Undertaker running things down in AAA,
03:23there are more opportunities than ever for the future greats, as well as new legendary coaches.
03:30En route to the PC is a WWE veteran and multi-time WrestleMania main eventer,
03:36looking to pass on his wisdom while he recovers from injury.

03:49Ultimately, for me, I just want to help the next generation.

04:00So, right now, I've been off for eight, nine months because of my neck surgery.

04:40As our new arrivals get settled in, last season's future greats are busy getting prepared for a massive opportunity.
04:48I've been at the Performance Center for about a year now.
04:50I tore my bicep, so that had me out for about five months.
04:55But now I'm back and I'm better and I'm feeling good.
04:59I've been here at the Performance Center for two years now.
05:02I was a runner-up on LFG.
05:04But at this point, it's not even about winning anymore.
05:06If you have the it factor, you have the it factor.
05:09And Harlem Lewis has the it factor.

05:16And today, we're going to be working with talent that are in the on-deck circle.
05:21They have all caught Sean's eye.
05:24They're on the cusp of getting a pretty big opportunity.
05:27But just need to polish up one or two more things before they really start, I think, finding their stride
05:33and get their opportunities to debut on NXT.
05:36Up first, we're going to have Nikita Lyons versus Callie Armstrong.
05:41Bubba, today, you're going to be working with Nikita Lyons.
05:44She was a regular on NXT, but unfortunately, she suffered a severe knee injury.
05:49And that really put her on the, I mean, obviously put her on the sidelines and set her back because
05:54when she went onto the sidelines, we had these other women coming in and, like, really stepping up.
05:58So now Nikita's on her way back right now, the road to recovery.
06:02Now she's just polishing up her in-ring work.
06:05She looks like she's gotten herself into really good shape.
06:07She has, she's, I mean, talking to the coaches and rave reports about her each and every week.
06:12She's dialed in right now.
06:14She's focused.

06:22to train and then get an opportunity to be on live events and then be an opportunity to get on

12:04And tonight is actually a pretty nice for the women here on LFG because as we're going
12:08to kick it off with actual women's division, we know that Kendall Gray and P. Nasty are
12:13in our main event tonight.
12:14Fighting for a chance, an opportunity to impress Shawn Michaels to get that shot of a lifetime.
12:21Nikita Lyons looking to impress at her LFG debut and claw her way back to NXT.

14:04Whether it be injuries, we've seen that happen.
14:07And now an opportunity here on LFG to make it to that next level and take it to Callie Armstrong

14:12And one thing that, you know, I've learned from you over the first two seasons of this
14:17show, sitting with Booker T on NXT on Tuesday nights, is how do you stand out?
14:21And that certainly is something Nikita Lyons does, is stand out.
14:25Callie Armstrong, though, also someone who stands out in a different way for her demeanor
14:30in the ring, but also her strength and her athleticism.

14:38Big super kick, and then following it up with more of that unique offense we were just highlighting
14:44from Nikita.

16:24It's almost like there's a little bit, I don't want to call it a sense of urgency,
16:28but every competitor I've ran into, man or woman, knows that every moment is so crucial.

24:26the step we're trying to get them to and kevin owens booker t baba ray dudley hall of famers
24:33called in this process and we're about to see it and a reminder at any point sean michaels can
24:38give the green light to bring these talent up to nxt and compete on a worldwide level
24:52we've seen drake moreau now over the course of two seasons here on lfg
24:57and a third season begins it's either time to go or time to get out
25:04well that's just either time to step up or step out as some others would say as booker t
25:08is rejoined the party it's interesting to see what those three individuals will think
25:11about this matchup is drake taking over in control but yes is in the ring with someone like
25:16keanu carver who uh had a very interesting way to get here as you already pointed out well certainly
25:21uh a man with a background he didn't intend to be in the ring he didn't intend for this to
25:25be his
25:25his destination
25:32and the new drake struggling to get carver up for the slam
25:38oh bubba uh not very happy with what you just saw knowing home on that splash but yes for carver
25:45wasn't really his intended career path a couple of phone calls and emails he found his way
25:50into a tryout which has brought him into the ring which has brought him to this moment and possibly
25:54quite possibly as you've already hinted at could be a moment away from getting an opportunity of a
26:00lifetime showcasing his skills his strength on nxt gotta wonder what else is sean michaels is thinking
26:07as you just saw the frustration from bubble ray well frustration coming out and he has high
26:11expectations for drake moreau he's had so much time invested in the career of drake moreau to get
26:16him to this point and to help get him to the next level the question is in sean michaels mind

26:21moreau ready to take that step to nxt or is he ready to be done with him all together and

26:26take a look at some of the uh the two other men that have won season one and season two

26:30about shiloh hill who is that championship out you talk about oh big pounce someone like jasper troy
26:37who came on the scene after winning season one into the cover goes carver hook of the leg and drake
26:42giving the left shoulder up you talk about someone like jasper troy from season one who made an immediate
26:47impact challenging at that time obafemi for the nxt championship lfg can certainly change your career
26:55around now more than ever though there's a heightened sense on being impressive well the good thing is we
27:01don't have to wait for the end of the season to see who gets called up who wins they can
27:05go at any
27:06point at any time after a match before a match if sean michaels feels the need he'll put him right

27:20the two guys that size it's just it's not very physical you know what i mean correct

28:01the pressure is on drake to really step up and show the coach that he does have value to
28:08step through that door and into nxt well look for a lot of these athletes there are no failures they're
28:13just learning opportunities if they can make that happen if they can turn those things into opportunities
28:19of growth that's that's where you excel and drake perot house of fire here so far and really
28:26trying to show the world that he belongs big discus lariat rocking carver and now drake is starting
28:34to feel it trying to turn some of those thoughts around and he's trying to turn carver around another
28:40lariat center of the ring into the cover will it be enough and the boy from the bayou picks up
28:46the win
28:52but the question is was it enough i thought drake had a lot better last two minutes and first two
29:00minutes the last 30 seconds it's like he saved all the energy after those last 30 seconds two big men
29:07looking to make an impact here on lfg but did they impress the legends
29:20how you feeling feel good what happened on the slam which one like the first one he looked like

32:03like it's one of those things that's not to say that she has to literally get squashed out of the
32:06game i know i definitely agree with that too i feel like for me with my size too it's gonna

32:11better story of me like finding from underneath yeah and we get you kendall is someone to watch out for
32:17them with the size difference there's a great little built-in story you'll stay alive but then
32:21you also get it it's a good challenge for you too to like you being a big bully and a

32:27you could do it with your strength but what makes you a heel is that you could do with your

36:12has exceeded anyone's expectations has excelled far beyond belief with that 61-0 undefeated record
36:19three-time national champion ladies and gentlemen in wrestling kendall gray comes with huge huge
36:26expectations but a very wise man once told me pressure is a privilege it means that the expectations are
36:34very high for you and that's certainly the case for kendall gray i don't know if kendall gray ever met
36:40someone like pj on an amateur mat during her time collegiate
36:55you talk about the size difference it's gonna be the quickness and that agility that kendall gray has
37:00it's gonna have to be implemented here for this matchup for her to be successful and
37:04either one of these two could be on the precipice of greatness to nxt that's the goal that's the
37:10object here is to try and make it to that next level big samoan drop and look at the intensity
