TSMC is suing one of its former executives after he joined American chipmaker Intel. He's being investigated for allegedly taking confidential company documents with him.

00:11Luo retired from TSMC earlier this year and joined American chipmaker Intel shortly afterward.
00:17He's already been investigated for allegedly taking confidential company documents about advanced chip processes with him when he left.
00:25Intel has not yet responded to TSMC's suit, but Intel CEO Li Bhutan has said that his company respects intellectual property rights.
