Gold Rush Season 16 Episode 22
Transcript
00:19Winter is here and you know we have very limited time left now and we're really
00:27close to the goal but this time of year everything's pretty near its breaking point 31 year old parker
00:34schnabel is closing out the busiest season of his life running 24 7 for six months and it's paying off
00:45he's close to breaking his 10 000 ounce goal but is barely ahead of neighbor tony beats mitch is
00:53busy running the stripping program in the midst of you know trying to keep roxanne running and
00:58starting our next pit on the indian river for next year and then tyson is just you know fighting to
01:05keep um the three plants on dominion running to hit his goal this week parker's cranking up his four
01:15wash plants to run even more pay dirt just got to keep keep these wash plants running
01:24yeah go ahead got a big problem with roxanne got some cracked cross tubes here
01:36all right yeah i'll let mitch know he'll come up and have a look at it with you
01:49hey mitch what's happening man just trying to figure out the best way to get rid of this water over
01:54here
01:56alex just radioed me and there's bigger problems there's a bunch of cracks in the screen deck on
02:03roxanne oh he's up there having a look at it and we're only like what 400 and change away from
02:11hitting
02:11our goal so we'll just have to keep trying to babysit it through the season and then figure out a
02:17plan
02:17yeah on the plus side gold has another record high today that's awesome nuts it's totally crazy
02:24but yeah let's try to keep that thing banging if you don't mind all right we'll go have a look
02:28thanks
02:28man only two years old wash plant roxanne already has cracks in its structural tubes if not fixed
02:39they could break apart and damage the plant putting it out of action for the rest of the season how's
02:45it
02:46going buddy so this whole across tube here is compromised we'd be looking at maybe two days
02:51down time to replace this tube here and that tube there there's no way parker's going to let us turn
02:56this wash plant off for any length of time so probably just pop those screens out welder up the
03:02best you can hopefully it's got enough life left in it to get to the end here oh yeah if
03:06you look at
03:07the gold prices right now every one of these mine bosses has the same mentality dude crank them up as
03:12hard as you can get as much material through them to get as much gold yeah for sure thanks buddy
03:17take care mitch
03:23okay that's the guy right there the one i'm after let the music begin
03:32i love my job this is one of the worst cracks that i've seen on the plant that we've actually
03:39kept running
03:43track just keeps going
03:55oh damn it are you still in there oh hey matt hey i've hurt my foot pretty bad i need
04:13some medical
04:14attention here
04:18okay thank you
04:27all right up there buddy i'm hanging in there matt let's see that thing
04:36does that hurt pretty good it hurts beautifully yeah i thought so
04:40a 4 000 degree piece of molten metal flew into alex boot searing his flesh causing second degree burns
04:51all right i'm gonna flush it with this and get this burn dressing on there definitely clean that
05:00out really well when you get home yes felted my sock real good put like antiseptic gel on it
05:07we'll just keep working i guess gold star for you buddy yeah right
05:13well that's happy to help thanks matt see ya there's no one else here to do this or to help
05:20me so
05:22just suck it up and keep working foot patched up alec gets back to welding roxanne and with roxanne back
05:31on her feet the crew have a fighting chance of hitting 10 000 ounces by the end of the week
05:38all the welding is done i'm just reassembling the top deck and get ready to start sluicing here
05:52firing up roxanne here we go
06:03let's get sluicing
06:18how's your foot doing man i don't feel it right now whatever matt did's really working good
06:23well man thanks for being a trooper there and just patching it up and buckling down and getting it
06:29finished what do you think man will last a week that's a million dollar question right there
06:35no warranty no guarantee but fingers crossed great job buddy we're washing rocks
06:54well here we go last bucket pay vegas valley
07:00we're finally right to the very end here
07:05we got the last uh pay out of vegas valley um it's not really it's not really a good thing
07:11this is our last chance that we got to treat it that way it'd be our last chance you know
07:15in the
07:16yukon ever while parker chases down 10 000 ounces rick ness has only just edged past
07:23one thousand his roller coaster ride of a season has seen him expand his ground and become flush with
07:30claims but red tape and bad luck have backed him into a corner and his weary crew are battling to
07:38reach
07:381800 ounces to earn their bonuses and secure their future this has been the coldest morning we've had
07:45so far had to fall up and runs real quick before we could fire up once you see that you
07:52know that
07:53winter's coming now rick's new vegas valley cut has run out of pay much quicker than he expected
08:00not only is the weather starting to creep in but i mean our paypal's dwindling fast and it's only a
08:06matter of time i mean we're down to days and weeks now with just two weeks left to get over
08:13700 ounces
08:15rick is hoping for a massive final payday from vegas valley to take the stress off his new cut the
08:23last
08:23chance the easy option right now would be to pack it up you know lick our wounds go home but
08:29now we've
08:29got a pivot we have to move on that that's why i made the decision to you know open up
08:35this new last
08:35chance cut i don't think anybody's that excited about opening up a new cut this late in the season
08:40but we need more gold and then that's where it's going to be at duncan creek rick wants to keep
08:47following the vegas valley pay streak upstream and plans to move north opening the one acre last chance
08:55cut before stripping can begin the area must first be drained by digging a channel to release the water
09:04into the mined out vegas valley while it's draining rick will clear a ridge of trees and loose rocks
09:12to make the cut safe to work in finally rick's crew must then dig down 40 feet to hit the
09:20top of the gold
09:21rich pay layer he's praying will save his season and he wants it all done before the last of his
09:29stockpiled pay runs out you got a copy there bailey yeah go ahead ricky what do you figure that you
09:38ready to cut this water through yeah i think we should be good to go all right well just make
09:44sure you
09:44take it easy sounds good the water over there we got to cut it through the bank over here we're
09:55going to slowly just crack it down there and let it uh let that water run out and dry out
09:59our new cut
10:07there it goes how's she looking bud looks nice and slow to me i like it yeah it looks like
10:16it's a good
10:16pace all right well yeah we'll just let it drain for a bit then we'll uh get back to digging
10:22sounds good
10:24man vegas valley's done and uh it's very late in the season but we got another cut to open up
10:29and
10:29we wanted 1800 ounces and uh this is the first step so we're moving on
10:38to help him on his quest to open the last chance rick hops into the rebuilt 700. the 700 has
10:47been down
10:47you know the bulk of the season here this is our second biggest excavator to have it back now is
10:53a big
10:53deal so we'll be getting the last chance to open up in no time after the 700 broke down earlier
10:59in the year rick spent 50 grand on a complete engine rebuild and can finally put it to work
11:06for the first time this season these trees are really close to the edge right at the top of the
11:11last chance cut then once i get these trees you know move back i'll be feel a hell of a
11:16lot better
11:16about barely being underneath that's where the pay is then moving closer to the bank there they go
11:21we're on my head i enjoyed that one since they're over the edge you feel pretty tough with a chainsaw
11:29knocking trees down but that's nothing compared to knocking trees down with a 70 ton excavator
11:36i can't have them falling down away just trying to get some more
11:38i don't really hear another put the tree
11:46damn it oh i saw oil squirt too
11:55yeah
11:59oh he definitely got hydraulic leak
12:04hey ryan hey man can you meet me up by the 700 i uh i hooked the tree with the
12:09hydraulic line
12:11all right thanks
12:14just got this thing back running
12:23hey man what's up oh it looks like a seal pretty i i hooked it on a tree line and
12:30i heard something i heard something hissed and then i saw some spray so at least it's not the hose
12:35yeah yeah that needs to be fixed let me grab my glasses
12:55just let loose like that stupid
13:11okay
13:15mechanic ryan kent has been hit in the face with hydraulic fluid while fixing rick's 700 excavator
13:25so you hit in the face man yeah it's fine let's just get it done
13:34and spit that seal right out yeah you can see it it's damaged it's taking the coupler off it holds
13:40the hydraulic lines right now you can see where the o-ring actually pushed out it might
13:45already been loose who knows but i know with me hitting it on the tree didn't help it so
13:51all right slide it
13:55so there's your two different seals this one's just seen her days pull it out and then we'll just
14:01slide it in just tighten these bolts down and should be able to get it right back in action
14:08start it up yeah make sure we're not gonna leak okay
14:13if it doesn't leak we're in business
14:23looks good good to go yeah nice man
14:30got no leaks
14:34everything seems back to normal we got lucky with this one we are back in business
14:57it's got late in the day the weather is holding up so we're going to try to keep all four
15:02plans
15:02going if that is the case we'll likely hit 10 000 ounces by the end so that we
15:07think that this is something that i've never done in 40 years of mining
15:13don't need to copy tony could you come have a look at the corner cut with me
15:20tony beats has already banked more than 35 million dollars and after his bumper 1 000
15:28ounce gold haul last week the king of the klondike is in striking distance of 10 000
15:35ounces and edging in front of parker but there's a problem how's it looking mike this corner cut is
15:45uh almost done so um we got to figure something out because we don't want to run out of pay
15:53so we're not going to have enough of the season there then huh doesn't look like it
16:03let's come up with a plan so that we can run both plants till the end the early bird cut
16:09it pretty
16:09good in the beginning but it might be an option move one plant over there see if there's anything
16:16that we can strip and still sluice the gold price as is today we got to keep on going until
16:21the bitter end
16:22why not what the hell right on the indian river tony has opened up more ground than ever before
16:30and he's reaped the rewards his twin wash plants running in the massive corner cut have consistently
16:39delivered huge gold waves but now its pay is running out and he has to go in search of another
16:47rich spot tony will start his treasure hunt next to some of his richest ground of the year the early
16:54bird cut where he's praying the gold rich pay continues
17:01we are a little bit of a fishing expedition
17:06i'm gonna go and poke around see if i can get it down to growl
17:12i mean down there i don't know what that is looks like gravel let's see if that it's gonna continue
17:25whoa what the is happening
17:27i got lucky there we're taking here for 15 minutes and i'm running into some nice travel
17:37so it's pretty much a no-brainer to get the hell in here i mean it is laying right there
17:42in front of
17:43you gravels a light brown dirt with small rocks are a strong indication there's good gold here
17:51and tony's found some just six feet below the surface we're gonna strip this out because i like to have
17:58this down by paper the end of the week okay guys somebody bring that 950 over here and they bring
18:09me
18:09two trucks make sure one of them is the 50 tonner to strip the early bird extension quicker and avoid
18:16shutting down a plant tony brings in his monster 950 excavator capable of moving 10 tons of dirt with
18:25every bucket three buckets two truck load bingo you make something happening that way and to shift
18:30all that dirt fast an a40 rock truck and his new toy the a50 with its seven ton increase in
18:39payload
18:40today tony got me in the a50 for the first time it's awesome man like it just looks so futuristic
18:47you
18:47you know he wants his quick down to pay by the end of the week do you see me just
18:53back on the need
18:54meat barian
18:59the bigger the truck the bigger the load the more you get done
19:07i'll just throw a fourth one in it just for good measures what's one more right power load this
19:14ball this 50 ton truck seems to take another bucket full maybe i'll buy more 50 ton trucks hey that's
19:24an idea
19:28there's a lot of dirt in the back of the truck like it's crazy
19:46donald tony's so keen to get the dirt out of here he's overloading me
19:56it's too heavy like it was at 66 tons so it couldn't dump
20:03now why is that 50 tonner coming back
20:08hey darien why are you coming back with a full load
20:23i can't dump it's too heavy
20:25rushing to get his new cut down to pay tony has overfilled darien's 50 ton rock truck
20:33it's white it's too heavy to dump i can't dump it
20:39it goes back there with the truck and face it downhill and then it'll dump
20:44okay
20:51yeah dump it like that daddy and that's important
20:57there you go take one
21:01he's a smart guy you see he knows all the tricks if tony can get his new cut stripped and
21:07down to
21:08pay by the end of the week he'll be back on track to hit 10 000 ounces the corner cut
21:15could be done in
21:15a week i want to have this cut ready if it turns out good then we just keep on sluicing
21:22until the very end
21:37i thought we'd have 10 000 ounces by now but um
21:44it's proving to be a bit elusive
21:47we need to impress those wash plants a hell of a lot harder in a herculean effort to get 430
21:54ounces and hit 10 000 by the end of the week parker is pushing his crew and wash plants hard
22:03with parker's decision to run the absolute piss out of the wash plants so we can hit our gold total
22:10like got big red running a little hot so it's definitely putting a lot of stress on the plants
22:17and whatnot but you know it's not my call i'm just here to do my job and keep parker happy
22:38i'm just here to do my job i'm just here to do my job i'm just here to do my
22:56job
22:57yeah go for liam hey man i'm gonna need you to come up to uh big red
23:12john what happened radio stacker quit on me buddy oh it looks like we got a super slimy belt here
23:21oh it gives no friction to the belt so when it makes its way up to the head drum
23:25the head drum will just spin there why we're getting so much mud on the inside of the conveyor
23:32maybe it's just not coming in far enough yeah we need a bit more overlap like from this head drum
23:39into this rock box so the material doesn't stack up here this hopper is buried in material left and
23:45right so what do you think we gotta move the radial stacker back yeah we have hydraulics on this so
23:50i can
23:50just run the hydraulics a bit and sort of like inchworm it back a bit how do you inchworm a
23:57radial
23:58stacker the stacker is going to have to be up in the air and then as long as the axle
24:02end which is
24:03usually planted with those power wheels was free to come towards right this plate the radial stacker
24:10would effectively move backwards and now it's top heavy and unsettled if it wants to roll away with
24:16the conveyor up like that like who's to say it's not going to fall over to it's definitely risky
24:21pay dirt from big red's hopper conveyor is getting under the wash plant's radial stacker
24:27and coating the inside of its belt which is then traveling up to the drive pulley's head drum
24:34making it slip stopping pay from being fed into the plant moving the hopper feeders conveyor forward
24:42would solve the problem but it would require time and an excavator they don't have alex quick but
24:50risky fix is to inch the 120 foot radial stacker back by three inches so it sits further underneath
24:59the feeder conveyor stopping the pay getting under the belt first he'll raise the top end of the radial
25:07stacker up and use its weight to generate downforce onto the axle then by lifting the axle's gullwing
25:16brake wheels off the ground he hopes to inch the stacker back towards the feeder conveyor but if he
25:24loses control it could topple over and cause a disaster have you ever done this before this is
25:31completely experimental seems like the only option we got let's give it a go see what happens all right
25:43so it's called that our line in the sand there yeah it goes south well it was nice knowing you
25:48yeah you too buddy all righty i'm pulling up the wheels here so maybe stand back a little bit
25:55it's a little nerve-wracking as soon as he lifts those global wings up there could be a possibility
26:01where it tips completely over so we're putting our prayers to the gods right now okay that's off
26:08other side's also off okay now the exciting part
26:16oh my god it's moving so much
26:22i'm raising up the radio stacker now with the gull wings off the ground
26:28and these wheels are moving slowly which is letting me know that we are indeed checking our progress
26:40way my heart's in my throat right now watching this thing move back and forth knowing that it could
26:46top blow over got like half an inch
26:54all right we got our height then i'm going to lower the stacker which should increase the distance
27:02that's good all wings back on the ground here
27:11as for level side to side do you figure we're pretty good it looks pretty good to me okay yeah
27:18we're we got the weight back on the uh stabilized legs i can roll these duallys so i'm just gonna
27:22go
27:22say hi to brother john and see if we've uh moved the amount we need to what do we end
27:28up getting john
27:30yeah three three and a half as long as the material doesn't pile up here it shouldn't get into the
27:37belt shouldn't with stuff up there yep so let's fire up guys great job
27:50rose stacker
27:55let's get it
28:05it's looking a lot better for where the materials landing the plan has helped a lot are we winning
28:13i think it's running really good nice
28:17we got big red running again everything's running smooth and now the main focus is to keep the wash
28:24plants running and hit our uh 10 000 ounce goal
28:39it looks like a mess huh that's a lot of water isn't it yeah that doesn't look funny at all
28:45we're getting on with this water and that kind of mud determined to reach 10 000 ounces this week
28:53tony is racing to get down to pay in an extension to the early bird cut but his stripping crew
29:00have
29:01hit groundwater flooding the cut and making it unmindable
29:07well do we pump it or that's it there well why don't we do both make it this put in
29:13the culvert put in
29:14the pump get the water down in the old ponds get it over it let's see get the new guy
29:21over there
29:22hey sean d copy sean d copy can you get over there please okay we need to do some ditching
29:27over there
29:28so get over there would you let's clean the up
29:33to drain the flooded cut tony will dig a ditch through the road
29:38which lies between his new extension and an already mined out section of the early bird cut
29:45then install a culvert and pump that will drain flood water from the new cut into the old cut
29:54finally rebuild the road and get his plan to hit pay dirt by the end of the week back on
30:00track
30:03so what are man sean doing here now it's just a little bit of water maintenance that we got going
30:08on over here you know how new guys are you got to test them out he looks to be doing
30:15just fine to me
30:18it's my first day working for tony beats out in the yukon and very first time ever gold mining
30:26still a bit nervous but we're getting there you don't have tough skin you're not ready for this industry
30:39sean sean sean sean stop look at me
30:46shut her down for a minute
30:50oh what a mess
30:54full of dirt
30:56you got to be careful digging it out of here you don't rip your electrical apart
31:01it's not good sean you just leave this here go get that 349 and uh you can just keep ditching
31:09with
31:09that and then we can get this machine fixed sounds good
31:15operator error right there you should have been able to see it in the mirror here idiot
31:22every minute of downtime is no good because uh it all equates to lost gold
31:28this gonna drop there she goes
31:38sean in the 349 hopefully uh he doesn't that up at all here's tony
31:50that panel's off to 700
31:59i'll get out and talk to you
32:03seven panels off to 700
32:07that sean guy the new one yeah we should go home for the day for that one yeah make your
32:13life easier
32:14yes sir
32:19after sending rookie operator sean home tony takes over in the 349 to finish the ditch and install the
32:29culvert that's in the operator home for the day because same story as always if you want tom right
32:36i guess you have to do it yourself
32:40so let's grab the culvert though let's grab the culvert we don't have enough time left this season
32:47around so we got to get going
32:49i think i put me must have it
32:59that'd be good enough
33:01around there for whatever but all right this don't happen to feel like it
33:07you want me to grab that bomb yes please okay because they're running around in the food and water down
33:13there
33:16in just 90 minutes tony has got his new cut drying out and he's back in the chase to catch
33:25parker
33:31looks pretty damn good that looks to me that there's going to be plenty of pay to keep on going
33:52well it's definitely a big race here trying to get down to that pay as quick as we can keep
33:56that plant
33:57running the plant shuts down you know completely freeze and we won't be able to fire up the plant
34:03again rick and his crew are battling to hit pay in their new cut a last chance before the stockpile
34:10from vegas valley runs out and they are forced to shut down monster red yeah looks like we got a
34:16scoop or two left here it's not good the pay pile is dwindling pretty quick here i don't even know
34:26if
34:26it's a pile anymore bailey you got a copy go ahead for bailey hey we're almost uh we're getting pretty
34:37low on pay here you got any kind of time frame when you think you're gonna get any up to
34:40the plant
34:43well i don't know how low it is but uh it's gonna be a couple of days on my end
34:47before i can send anything
34:51we don't got a couple days left up here we'll end up having to shut it down
34:56yes that's it you know nothing that we can do here
35:03here we go last bucket of pay going to the plant now
35:16that's it that's all we got
35:27we shut it down now there's nothing else to run
35:31shut it down today and hopefully it's not for the last time this season
35:35if freezing winter temperatures arrive before they hit pay in the last chance monster red will be too
35:42frozen to fire up putting even more pressure on this week's gold way it's always impossible to tell
35:52just when we're pulling mats how good it's going to be we need it to be great so fingers crossed
35:57we
35:58we can find greatness to save this season
36:03well bailey's still a couple days away from pay if the weather decides to change and freeze up
36:07we're going to be in trouble we get a couple more good cleanups and we're set i mean the gold
36:13is
36:13really good right now we'll hit 1800 to get out of here with with these guys getting what they earned
36:18and and us coming back next year hopefully we get a few more good days and we get to run
36:24again but who knows
36:42oh hi hey rick above it hey holy rick that looks like a lot of gold yeah that's uh so
36:49that's the
36:49last of the gold uh from vegas valley though it's a shame we don't have any more but that's where
36:55we're
36:55at be easy to go home but you know it we'd be next year your bonuses and the future of
37:01this company
37:01that's basically what we're fighting for right now all right let's weigh some gold
37:06let's find out how we did last week rick and his crew pulled 430 ounces of gold their biggest haul
37:15ever but they are still more than 700 ounces short of the 1800 rick needs to pay their bonus and
37:24secure
37:24his mining future ready well 200 yeah and we'll see what we add to that here she comes ready okay
37:4010 20 30 35 50 58 59 69 80 90 97 98 102.27 nice awesome 302.27 302.27
38:00yeah
38:04that's what's that that puts us at 1379.65 making up ground quick yeah rick needs 420 more ounces to
38:19hit
38:201800 and send everyone home with gold but he still hasn't hit pay in the last chance cut
38:28yeah i mean weather's changing and we're down right now not running you shut it down you might
38:33never start it back up yeah next week this could be snow yeah it's the challenges at the end of
38:37the
38:37year man oh yeah honestly all we need is a little luck with the weather because i know you can
38:40get to
38:41the bottom of that cut i know we can get that pay run yeah we just need a bit of
38:44time well i say we uh
38:46cheers to bailey oh yeah cheers it's all on you thanks guys thanks guys well that's another good
38:57gold way i mean when when we get the get the plant running we make up ground quick you know
39:01it's good
39:02ground we just have to fight hard to get to it and right now it's all in the last chance
39:06cut
39:30the corner cuts uh pretty big but it's looking a little empty yeah it does we are uh scratching the
39:38last bit out of it we still got some pay left in the early bird cut i would really love
39:43to take that
39:44out yet too but with the price of gold right now okay we're pretty silly to quit how's things going
39:50on the hill harold literally is like no headache when i go through that thing it's like you lift up
39:56the
39:56hydraulic riffle and you just see gold everywhere nothing wrong with that trauma's been running 24 7.
40:01that plant just eats eats it it it's called the traum nom nom no
40:08hey monica should we weigh some gold yes who wants to start counting i'll count the beets family need
40:16more than 700 ounces to reach 10 000. so this is sluice a lot okay
40:24okay 10 20. sluice a lot has been running the last of the pay in the corner cut
40:30100 130 140 150 180 190 192.42
40:42it's a little bit less than the last time how come i mean we're getting to the end of the
40:46cut
40:47and then we're starting to pick a leftover i think that'll basically have something to do with it
40:53so this is for find a lot all right find a lot has also been churning through the remaining
40:59corner cut pay 70 80 90 110 120 140 160 180 182.06
41:14well not as good as last week this one is a little bit lower too same stuff same cut same
41:20stuff same cut
41:21i mean it's not that we're on any more or less
41:24tony's twin plants at indian river bring his total to just over nine thousand six hundred and forty
41:31ounces well that was all the indian river gold it's time for hill gold let's see what harold's got
41:42harold has been running paid from the hester cut one hundred one twenty one thirty two point six
41:52last gold that's the last time it might just ran in the patch it might end up just getting diluted
41:58because they were running through whatever is there with three of his wash plants delivering less gold than
42:04last week tony is still more than 200 ounces short of 10 000. this is from the trammel yep
42:20nice all right mike can you see yeah go for it
42:2710 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 150 160 200 220 230 240 250 260 280 290 3
42:42310 330 340 350 370 380 390 400 410 420 430
42:55there you go that's what you do the beats family passed 10 000 ounces for the first time ever
43:03with a total of 10 212 worth over 38 million 800 000
43:13that's actually pretty good but yeah that's a pretty big thing that's a lot of money that's a lot of
43:18bucks
43:19mike they said that's two million bucks on the table yeah i've been running 24 7 man yeah that's pretty
43:25awesome we uh we could do that for a while couldn't we so we did over 10 000 ounces we've
43:35never done so
43:36months in a season 10 000 ounce that's pretty nice that doesn't mean we're gonna quit
43:43i think i can beat parker let's go to the bitter end guys i mean no use quitting while you're
43:48ahead
43:48that's the game right okay gentlemen low get some more okay okay it's not a bad somebody
44:03what up not saying it was a rough day but that's her second cup parker and his crew have produced
44:12more
44:13than 9 500 ounces of gold this season and need just over 430 to hit his 10 000 ounce goal
44:22man we've
44:24thrown a lot of rocks at those plants this year it's getting rough out there trying to keep those
44:27plants going we found some big cracks in rocks and this week it shows down here when you guys have
44:34problems out there it's weak is what you're saying if we don't hit our 10 000 ounce goal it's because
44:42the plant breakdowns i know you guys are putting a lot of dirt through them so there is going to
44:48be
44:48wear and tear just got to keep them going we're running out of time running out of time real quick
44:54yeah it's starting to get pretty cold huh yeah this i think would be the key week if we don't
45:00get some good numbers so we can throw some gold on the scale and see how we did yeah let's
45:06do it
45:06all right we got the bridge cut here we go
45:14wash plant bob has been averaging 147 ounces a week in the bridge cut 120 127.35 not bad okay
45:27mitchell
45:28see what roxanne can add to it we got 40. roxanne has been sluicing pay from pit 2 at parker's
45:36indian river
45:37clean come on keep going 120 133.9 nice there you go so what are we looking for here we
45:48need a little
45:49over what 200 to hit our target 200 yeah yeah so this is this is the golden mile we got
45:55a couple of
46:14different um
46:16for the first time ever parker has hit 10 000 ounces in a season worth an incredible 38 million
46:36$341,000.
46:38Good job, Todd.
46:40That makes .
46:41No more of it.
46:42I was rinsing the tank from the Golden Goose.
46:44I found the weirdest thing.
46:48The goose laid its first egg, you guys.
46:52Exactly one ounce.
46:53There you go.
46:55We got our golden egg for $259.15.
47:00That's cool.
47:01That's actually hilarious.
47:04Last week, we had 627.25 ounces.
47:09This week, 520.4 for a season total of 10,089.85 ounces.
47:21Sick.
47:21Nice.
47:22We did it.
47:22Good job, guys.
47:23And, you know, we've got a little bit of time left in the season,
47:27so I think we should just keep sleuthing.
47:30And, you know, we had a 10,000-ounce goal last year, too, and didn't hit it,
47:35so let's make up for a little lost time.
47:37Keep at her.
47:38But thank you, guys.
47:39Yeah.
47:40Thank you, man.
47:41With just one week to go, Parker now trails Tony by 120 ounces.
47:48I do like smashing through goals, and it's a very cool milestone for us.
47:54So we'll just keep going and see what happens.
47:58mr.
