40:52what cause is that we think it's genetic but there have been environmental triggers that have
40:57been linked to its onset in your case i think it might have something to do with a large dose

41:11okay so what happens now is there a cure unfortunately no this disease is progressive
41:20untreated the fatigue and weakness will escalate into pain into an inability to stand or move
41:26perform certain everyday functions dysphagia can occur which point will become difficult if not
41:33impossible to eat or swallow or even breathe so what do we do we stop it from getting to that
41:46point
41:48a combination of medications and physical therapy it's going to be a fight
