00:00So in PowerPoint, you may want to go ahead and add in mathematical equations in a proper format.
00:05So to do that, you simply need to go to the area where you type in your text,
00:09and then you need to go around over here onto the Insert tab,
00:13and then you need to go to Equation right here.
00:16So there's many different equations as you can see,
00:18and as you click this, you can see that equation is directly inserted.
00:22So you can go ahead and utilize different equation formats right here.
00:26You can go ahead and click right here just like this,
00:28type in the numbers as you want as well, just like this,
00:32and change it out as you want.
00:34So you can see that there's many different equations.
00:36But usually when you go ahead and type in equations like this,
00:41then what happens is that it's quite hard to find out the exact fractions.
00:45Like let's say I have this fraction right here,
00:47so I can go ahead and type in the numbers right here.
00:50Then I can go ahead right here, and let's say for example,
00:53go to Insert onto Equation right here.
00:57And then let's say I want to go ahead and add in this or this right here.
01:03And then I can go ahead and then go to Equation again right here,
01:07just like this, and then add in,
01:09let's say for example, this particular script right here.
01:13So you can go ahead and type in 3 and 2 right here, just like this.
01:16So this is what you have, as you can see, and this is the equation.
01:20But if it is hard for you to search for elements,
01:23you can actually draw your equations as well.
01:25So I'm going to go around onto Insert, and then choose, let's say, Equation.
01:30And then here, what you can do is click on Ink Equation,
01:33and then you can go ahead and type in the equation as you want.
01:36Let's say for example, I'm going to go ahead and say A plus B right here, just like this.
01:41I can go ahead and add in a bracket right here, just like this.
01:45Or I can go ahead and erase these out as well, if it is not producing the right one.
01:50So let's just go ahead and then add in bracket right here, add in a square right here.
01:55Let's add in a line right here, and say, I'm going to say 2 right here,
02:00and multiply right here, just like this, by, let's say for example, 3 right here, just like this.
02:06So it seems like I don't have it.
02:09So I'm just going to go around over here, and you can see that it says X.
02:12So A right here, B right here, just like this.
02:17I'm just going to add in a plus.
02:18So let's just go ahead and erase this, and draw it properly.
02:23So A right here, plus, let's say for example, B right here, just like this.
02:29Add it inside a bracket right here, just like this.
02:33And then I'm going to say square right here, just like this.
02:36And I'm going to erase the multiplication sign right here.
02:40Let's erase this out as well.
02:41And I can simply go ahead and add in plus right here.
02:45So I can go around over here, 2 over here.
02:48And then let's just go around and add in multiply by, let's say for example, 3.
02:55Let's say for example, and say square right here.
02:58So you can see that this is the equation right here.
03:01Click on insert, and there you go.
03:03The equation is inserted out right here, just like this, in the format that we drew it.
03:07So that is basically how you can go ahead and add in equations as you like inside of PowerPoint.
03:13So I hope you found this video useful.
