00:00So McLaren cars are going to be making golf clubs.
00:03And when I saw this, I was like, cool, it's a collab.
00:06But no, this is really, really serious stuff coming from McLaren at the end of April.
00:12What are your thoughts on it, Joe?
00:13It's really interesting.
00:15The last time this sort of happened, we were having this discussion downstairs.
00:18From what I can tell, they're going straight in as like a proper full OEM equipment manufacturer
00:26with a full product line at a high end.
00:30And it's not like one of these sort of collabs, not one of these concept little capsule pieces.
00:36This is going to be going straight in.
00:38And the last time I can remember that happening was PXG, where they just sort of announced,
00:42right, here we are, kaboom, baby.
00:44We've got a full product line and we think it's better than everything else.
00:46And we're going in at the top end and we've got tour players and so on and so forth.
00:51So I'm fascinated to see how it pans out.
00:53I've heard there's going to be two massive tour pro names that are going to be the ambassadors
00:59for McLaren.
01:00Wow.
01:01And our key investors in the product.
01:03And what that would suggest to me, these are going to be big names because if you've
01:07got the funds to be a key investor in a McLaren golf project, you're going to have made some
01:13dosh.
01:13You're going to be a big, big player.
01:15This isn't, we're not talking, I was going to disparage some.
01:18But some kid off the Cornberry tour.
01:20No.
01:21We're talking proper names.
01:22So I'm absolutely fascinated to see how it is.
01:24I've been badgering Ryan Lauder for samples and make sure we're first in the queue and
01:29get some exclusives.
01:30I'm sure it's quite a large queue.
01:31I'm sure it is.
01:32But maybe it's one of those, if you just keep badgering, you get pushed to the front or maybe
01:35to the back.
01:36I don't know.
01:36I think so.
