00:30and what they have to do and um how hysterectomy or how hysterectomy is when they got the surgery
00:37how they felt after so it was kind of like just making me feel cozy about it in a way

00:43like i feel like there's got to be there's got to be a platform for people to know about this

00:48i feel like it's so common um get your pap smears girls um yeah so i just feel like there
00:54needed to
00:55be a voice and there needed to be a platform for people to talk about it so i was like

00:59gonna tell my journey and you were very relatable when we talked about a little bit earlier where
01:02when you got the news you panicked you cried and then you went to short hills mall and went on

01:06shopping spree spent thousands yes yeah i feel like people are into that yes i was like oh my god

01:13gonna die let me go to short hills and i just swiped the card and i spent a lot of
01:17money and
01:17i felt good and then yeah i was like all right i gotta sometimes you need to do you need
01:22retail
01:23therapy is real yeah it made me feel better it did for a minute so a minute yeah anyone kind
01:28of going
01:28through that stage of a new diagnosis what would be your advice for them to sort of take care of
01:34their
01:34mental health after the shopping spree i don't know i don't want to say go to tiktok and search it
01:38but i mean go to tiktok and search it because there's so many people that are doing videos and you
01:43see
01:44their journey and what they're going through and you know possibly what you're going through and
01:47i like being relatable and you know searching videos like that and people are being relatable
01:53and telling their journey like now i'm not so scared to get a hysterectomy because i'm seeing
01:57other women get it yeah and it's like all right it's not that bad yeah even though like i'm terrified
02:02to do it but but that's what's good you guys go through everything together too which is great that
02:06you have all of these people around you supporting you as well yes my roomies are the best i'm like
02:11nicole's so strong and i'm like if i'm saying this because she's so inspiring with this
02:16unfortunate situation that she's going through and i'm like if she can do it i'm like if anything
02:20like this happens to me like she's kind of like i'm like if she can get through this like anybody
02:25else can and i feel like that's what she's portraying to everybody out there is like look
02:28i'm a normal human being like everybody else i go through personal things she goes through personal
02:33things it's like she's like look if if i'm tackling this then then can you and i feel like
02:38she's helping a million people out there while she's also going through her unfortunate situation
02:43yeah it's probably been so hard to talk about but at least you got it out and you're helping
02:47so many like so many lives i commend you so much because you are so amazing i'm like so scared
