00:01i have never heard of this term it used in this way but body doubling so and i don't even

00:09how long it's been around but i did it this past weekend okay so apparently it's like this
00:16strategy to help with productivity when you're like you mentioned being overwhelmed or you just
00:25have trouble getting things done with procrastination like oh that is me but so what
00:32you do is you get together with other people i i don't know if it's more than one it can
00:37be one
00:38person maybe a group of people where you just kind of all bring the stuff you need to get done
00:43and you do it together yeah and you don't have to like talk to each other about it but if
00:49the
00:49resource is there if you need it and you just kind of get things done i've heard of that because
00:55i have a friend of you know we have i i'm in a group of friends and uh one of
01:01them's just going
01:02through a lot very overwhelmed with things work and personal or whatever and she's just like i just
01:07am having trouble getting things done so we were like well we'll come over and you know we'll help
01:12and we have things that we need to do too and so we just like got stuff done we had
01:20like we're all in
01:21a korean class together so you know a couple of us were doing some of the homework for for class
01:27and
01:27you know the other one was working on like a to-do list of all you know like when you
01:33have to just dump
01:33things out of your head and just get them out and she's like writing down all the things she needs
01:38to do upcoming for work and so it just i it's like what took me so long to find this
