00:00:07¿Has oído?
00:00:08¡Mis Astry called!
00:00:10¡She was crying on the phone!
00:00:11¡Looks like someone messed up the wrong girl!
00:00:14¡Someone messing with my daughter!
00:00:16¿How dare they?
00:00:17¿She say who?
00:00:19No, sir.
00:00:21¡No!
00:00:22¡No!
00:00:38Violet.
00:00:40Dad, you're here.
00:00:43What happened?
00:00:44Tell me why you're crying.
00:00:45It's Jocelyn, my maid.
00:00:48Your maid?
00:00:48Well, what did she do?
00:00:50She quit.
00:00:51Sweetheart, she's just a maid.
00:00:53I'll have a replacement by the end of the day for you.
00:00:55No, Ted, she's not just a maid.
00:00:57She's kind.
00:00:58She's patient.
00:00:59She's like a girl.
00:00:59She's like a mother that I never had.
00:01:01I can't lose her.
00:01:03Okay, okay.
00:01:04I'm sorry.
00:01:05What can I do?
00:01:06Dad, she's single.
00:01:08You can marry her.
00:01:13Mom?
00:01:15What are you doing here?
00:01:16How's the baby?
00:01:17How's your wife?
00:01:20Good.
00:01:20Stop right there.
00:01:22What are you doing here?
00:01:24I just figured you guys could use a hand.
00:01:27I can help with Caleb.
00:01:28Help?
00:01:30What kind of help could a washed up old woman possibly be to my baby?
00:01:35I may not come from money like you, but I'm a hard worker.
00:01:39I don't care.
00:01:41I don't need an uneducated, uncivilized woman in my home.
00:01:47Stacey, don't talk to my mother like that.
00:01:50Don't talk back to me.
00:01:51I would have never married you if you hadn't knocked me up.
00:01:57Mom, it's okay.
00:01:58I understand.
00:02:01But here, I brought you guys some truffled lobster chowder from Seafood Sunrise.
00:02:07I know how much you guys like that place.
00:02:09You should eat it while it's still hot.
00:02:11Oh.
00:02:18Stacey, please don't do this.
00:02:21Seafood Sunrise is the most expensive restaurant in the city.
00:02:25You couldn't even afford an appetizer, let alone their most expensive soup.
00:02:30I saved an entire month to buy you guys this.
00:02:34Yeah, right.
00:02:35You probably dug it out of the dumpster outside the place.
00:02:39I hope I get rabies if I eat that.
00:02:43Stacey, I cut my mom some slack.
00:02:45She came here to help.
00:02:47Ugh.
00:02:49Oh wait, that's heavy!
00:02:50I'll get it!
00:02:51You think I'm helping?
00:02:53I'm throwing this out!
00:02:57My family is about to sign a deal with the Astor Group.
00:03:02Which means I'll be joining the 1% of the 1%.
00:03:06Which means I'll be getting a professional maid.
00:03:11We won't need help from a scruffy old hag like you.
00:03:15Get out!
00:03:16I'm sorry, Mom.
00:03:18Stacey, she's-
00:03:19No, no, no.
00:03:20I understand.
00:03:21I don't want to be a burden on your marriage.
00:03:24I'll just go.
00:03:25It's better if I go.
00:03:26Mom, you just quit your job.
00:03:27Where are you going to stay?
00:03:28Don't you worry about me, Harry.
00:03:30I'm just going to go to my hometown.
00:03:32I'll be fine.
00:03:34Wherever you end up,
00:03:35I hope it's far, far away from here.
00:03:43Look.
00:03:43Look.
00:04:01It's Wes.
00:04:02We've been sent to pick you up.
00:04:05Err, me?
00:04:08Sir, may I ask who sent you?
00:04:09Violet asked her, she set you up on a blind date and we were ordered to escort you there
00:04:13Violet? My former employer
00:04:16You can marry her
00:04:18Marry her? You're kidding, right?
00:04:21Dad, you're the richest man in California, when are you going to take your foot off the gas?
00:04:26You don't need to worry about me, Violet
00:04:28Just meet her, once, okay? I promise that once you meet her, you'll change your mind
00:04:36Fine, I'll meet her
00:04:38Just once
00:04:39Okay, thank you, Dad
00:04:44I have to hide my identity to expose this gold digger
00:04:51Here, let me get this for you
00:04:53Okay
00:04:56Sorry to ask you to meet me on such short notice
00:04:59Oh, it's perfectly fine
00:05:01Violet always said she wanted to set me up with someone
00:05:04I guess that's you
00:05:06Thank you for sending the car, that was really nice
00:05:09So that's it, she's here because of the car
00:05:12But just to be clear, that wasn't my car, I'm just a construction worker, I make about 25 bucks an
00:05:19hour
00:05:25I don't mind, I'm just a blue collar, small town woman myself
00:05:30I worked as a maid for years until my son got married
00:05:33At this point in my life, I'm just focused on personal happiness
00:05:38Well, my place is also pretty small
00:05:40I mean, it's far from a mansion
00:05:41I've had a few partners in the past and they've all complained about it
00:05:44Well, I never know what it's like to have money
00:05:47I don't want to mention
00:05:50Yeah
00:05:53Hey, I'm not really looking for anything like marriage right now
00:05:59I'm really glad I met you
00:06:01So why don't we just consider this a dinner between friends, shall we?
00:06:06Order whatever you want, my treat
00:06:08It sounds perfect
00:06:12Oh wow, it's expensive
00:06:21You want to go back to my place?
00:06:23I can make this dinner, you're going to love it
00:06:30Oh, beef stew with carrots and potatoes
00:06:37You weren't kidding, Jocelyn, what a treat
00:06:39Nothing beats a home-cooked meal
00:06:41Mm-hmm
00:06:47I'm glad you like it
00:06:49So good
00:06:50Thank you for this treat
00:06:53It's my pleasure
00:06:55I'm really glad you like it
00:06:56I love it
00:07:00Cornbread's ready
00:07:01I'm going to go get it
00:07:06Cornbread
00:07:06My grandmother used to make it for me when I was a child
00:07:09Oh man, look at that
00:07:15Hot, hot
00:07:16Oh my god, oh I'm so sorry
00:07:19I should have reminded you
00:07:21That's my fault
00:07:22Oh, you're like a little kid
00:07:23Just so eager for the first bite
00:07:26Anyone?
00:07:27Here
00:07:39How does it feel now?
00:07:41Much better
00:07:46How does it feel now?
00:07:49Much better
00:07:50Thank you
00:07:57Cornbread
00:07:58Um, I'm going to package the cornbread for you
00:08:01You can take it with you
00:08:04That's not necessary
00:08:05Yeah
00:08:06I'm catching a flight later today
00:08:08To go back to my hometown
00:08:09So I'm not going to finish it
00:08:11Whoa
00:08:12Why don't you, um
00:08:13Why don't you let me give you a ride to the airport?
00:08:16I mean, after this delicious meal you made
00:08:18It's the least I can do
00:08:22Oh, hey, let me get this for you
00:08:27So you, you're really going back to your hometown?
00:08:30Yeah
00:08:31Just after all these years in the city
00:08:34I'm ready to go back to quiet, cool life
00:08:39Oh, look
00:08:41Come here, sweetie
00:08:42Come here, Kiki
00:08:43Come here, Kiki
00:08:44I got you some food
00:08:47Can you see?
00:08:50Who's going to take care of you when you're going home?
00:08:52Who's going to give you your little treats?
00:09:12Jocelyn
00:09:14Let's get married
00:09:20Jocelyn
00:09:22Let's get married
00:09:28What?
00:09:30Jack
00:09:33I know it, son
00:09:34It's been a long time
00:09:36Since I've had anybody in my life
00:09:37After my divorce
00:09:40I can't explain it
00:09:41But I just
00:09:42I feel like you're the one
00:09:43I want to spend the rest of my life
00:09:47Jocelyn
00:09:48Will you marry me?
00:09:56We're so crazy
00:10:04I just thought you should know
00:10:06We just got married
00:10:09Congrats, dad
00:10:10You have great taste in women
00:10:11Thank you, sweetheart
00:10:13Oh, there is one thing, though
00:10:15She doesn't know that I'm your father
00:10:17Or my occupation
00:10:18I told her I was a construction worker
00:10:20Why would you lie to her?
00:10:22You're basically starting a sham marriage
00:10:23I wanted to see her reaction
00:10:25When I showed up as a blue-collar guy
00:10:26As it turns out
00:10:28She accepted me for me
00:10:29Not for my money or my job
00:10:31Or
00:10:32And that's a person
00:10:33I could spend the rest of my life with
00:10:34I'll tell her who I am
00:10:35When the time is right
00:10:36But don't blow my cover
00:10:39Fine
00:10:41So where are you guys going to live?
00:10:43I bought a small house for us
00:10:44I already gave her a set of keys
00:10:46In fact, she's moving in today
00:10:48Yay!
00:10:50Carrie
00:10:51I got married
00:10:52I'm going to stay
00:10:54I'm not going to my hometown
00:10:55What?
00:10:57That's amazing
00:10:58Who's the lucky guy?
00:11:00Um, he's this construction worker I met
00:11:02That's great, mom
00:11:05Hey, we're throwing a Mother's Day party this weekend
00:11:08You should come
00:11:08Oh, okay
00:11:10That party is for me, not her
00:11:14Now that you're married
00:11:16You can leave us alone
00:11:18We don't need a parasite like you in our lives

00:12:07I'm used to walking around naked after I take my shower,
00:12:09I guess I've been single for too long.
00:12:11Yeah, it's my fault.
00:12:12It's completely my fault.
00:12:13I just, I called and didn't answer,
00:12:16so I came straight over.
00:12:18You have nothing to be sorry about.
00:12:19I just, I don't see that every day.
00:12:22Ok, ¿can you just hand me those underwears?
00:12:24Oh, sure, yeah.
00:12:25Thank you.
00:12:40I'm stuck here.
00:12:41Well, that's because my head is stuck.
00:12:43I'm trying to...
00:12:43I can't move this.
00:12:44No, but if I just move a little to the left...
00:12:49What was that?
00:12:52Yeah.
00:12:54I just touched your arm.
00:12:55I told you to stop moving around.
00:12:58Ok.
00:12:59Ok, but if...
00:13:01Ok.
00:13:02Oh, you.
00:13:05Yeah, sure.
00:13:07I'm sorry.
00:13:08First time here and that's how I welcome you.
00:13:11It's ok.
00:13:12We're not young.
00:13:14We can handle it.
00:13:15I don't want you to change how you live your life.
00:13:20Well, here we are.
00:13:21The new home of Jocelyn and Ray.
00:13:35I think it's so nice.
00:13:40That's adorable, huh?
00:13:42Look at this.
00:13:42Oh, look at this.
00:13:43This is nice.
00:13:45Yeah.
00:13:45Did you make a good gift for Caleb for the Mother's Day party?
00:13:48Yeah, I like it.
00:13:49It's great.
00:13:50This is a limited edition baby stroller with space-grade aluminum framing.
00:13:56It's $10,000.
00:14:00Oh, wow.
00:14:02Do you have this in maybe a less expensive?
00:14:04The cheapest ones go for several thousand.
00:14:08From the looks of you two, that's a little out of your budget range.
00:14:13From the looks of us?
00:14:15What is that supposed to mean?
00:14:16Pardon my frankness, but at your age, you're just window shopping to ease the pain of being
00:14:24poor and childless.
00:14:27Watch your mouth.
00:14:28That is absurd.
00:14:30Who says we can't have kids?
00:14:31You've got it all wrong.
00:14:33I'm looking for a gift for my grandson.
00:14:35Ma'am, this is a luxury shop owned by Astor Group.
00:14:41It's clear from one look at your shabby outfits.
00:14:44You can't afford anything in here.
00:14:47Find a gift for your grandson somewhere else.
00:14:51Cisco.
00:14:52No, no.
00:14:52So this is how you stay in business?
00:14:54By insulting your customers.
00:14:57What?
00:14:57Bring me the most expensive item in the shop.
00:15:01Show me the money first.
00:15:03Oh wait!
00:15:03You don't have it.
00:15:05I could smash this stroller into pieces and you still couldn't afford it.
00:15:17Forget it. Let's just go.
00:15:19See?
00:15:20Not a penny to your name.
00:15:22I knew you two were beggars.
00:15:24Now leave before I kick you out myself.
00:15:31Do you know what this is?
00:15:33What?
00:15:34How did you get that?
00:15:35Only billionaires have that VIP card.
00:15:38Impossible.
00:15:39It must be a counterfeit.
00:15:41That's enough.
00:15:42Alright, this is what you call customer service?
00:15:45Get me your manager.
00:15:46If you got a problem, say it's my face.
00:15:51Oh.
00:15:52Mr. S.
00:15:57It's Mr.
00:15:58These old folks keep bothering me when they know they can't afford anything.
00:16:03They're polluting the air and stuff.
00:16:05Stop.
00:16:06Her classless comments are one thing.
00:16:08But she also made a joke about her age and her inability to have children.
00:16:12Is that the kind of employee you want working here?
00:16:13Sir?
00:16:14I'm truly sorry.
00:16:16We'll use your complaint to help implement better training going forward.
00:16:19Please take anything you want in the shop.
00:16:22Consider it an apology for the disturbance.
00:16:24No, they're just whining so they can get free stuff.
00:16:31Quiet!
00:16:32I'll deal with you later.
00:16:34Please take anything you want.
00:16:35On us.
00:16:36Oh.
00:16:37Wow.
00:16:38This stroller would be fantastic.
00:16:41No, no, wait, wait.
00:16:42I want you to get every single item in this store and wrap it up for us now.
00:16:49Ray, that's just too much.
00:16:51This is, this is plenty.
00:16:52The stroller's plenty.
00:16:53No.
00:16:53He's right.
00:16:54One item is not enough.
00:16:56We'll get those wrapped up for you right away.
00:16:58No, no.
00:16:58Please, please.
00:16:59The stroller is great.
00:17:00I don't want to hurt your business.
00:17:02The stroller will be good for now, but if this happens again, you're going to get more
00:17:06than just a complaint.
00:17:08Yes, sir.
00:17:08It won't happen again.
00:17:09And congratulations on the child.
00:17:12Wrap it up.
00:17:13It's disgusting.
00:17:14Yeah.
00:17:16Sir?
00:17:17Why were you so nice to them?
00:17:19You're fired.
00:17:20What?
00:17:21Why?
00:17:22What did I do?
00:17:23That man you shamed?
00:17:24That's the CEO of Astor Group.
00:17:26Now get out!
00:17:28Out!
00:17:32Today is the Mother's Day party if I show up in these clothes.
00:17:36Oh, God.
00:17:37Harry's going to be so ashamed of me.
00:17:40Jocelyn!
00:17:43Looks like I showed up at just the right time.
00:17:45I got these clothes for you to try on.
00:17:47Violet!
00:17:48What are you doing here?
00:17:49Hi!
00:17:51Okay.
00:17:53Oh.
00:17:55Oh my gosh.
00:17:55These are very expensive.
00:17:57Well, you were always so good to me.
00:17:59Plus, Ray's a good friend of my dad, so consider them wedding gifts.
00:18:03Hurry up.
00:18:04Go try them on.
00:18:05Okay.
00:18:08What?
00:18:09What do you guys think?
00:18:10It's nice.
00:18:11Oh, I like that.
00:18:13That's really cool.
00:18:14Wow.
00:18:15Mm-hmm.
00:18:16Wow.
00:18:17That one's good.
00:18:18Okay.
00:18:22I love the color.
00:18:23It's great on you.
00:18:25Yeah.
00:18:32I like that one.
00:18:34It suits you.
00:18:35It's beautiful, but in a low-key kind of way.
00:18:38Right?
00:18:41Hello.
00:18:42Earth to Ray?
00:18:43Yeah.
00:18:43Yeah.
00:18:44I love it.
00:18:45Alright.
00:18:46Well, my daughter-in-law's father is the vice president of Sky Group, so I need to clean
00:18:51up nice for this party.
00:18:52Oh, really?
00:18:53Well, then let's go get you some makeup.
00:18:56Okay.
00:18:59Yeah, Jason.
00:19:01Isn't Sky Group submitting a bid for our latest project?
00:19:05I want you to give the project to them.
00:19:07It's a gift for me to Jocelyn's relatives.
00:19:14Cheers!
00:19:15Cheers to the wonderful and amazing women in our life.
00:19:18Happy Mother's Day.
00:19:19Cheers.
00:19:20Happy Mother's Day.
00:19:21Don't talk.
00:19:23Yeah.
00:19:24Mr. Miller, what brings you here?
00:19:27Everyone, this is Jason Miller, right-hand man of Aster Group's CEO, Ray Aster.
00:19:32Oh, I just help where I can.
00:19:34Well, we're honored to have you here.
00:19:36Please, enjoy yourself and grab a drink.
00:19:39Thanks, but I have a meeting with Mr. Aster I have to get to.
00:19:42I just came to deliver the news.
00:19:44We have decided to put Sky Group in charge of our next $20 million project.
00:19:48We got the project!
00:19:50Thank you so much, Mr. Miller.
00:19:51I assure you, you picked the right ones for the job.
00:19:54We won't let Mr. Aster down.
00:19:56I believe you.
00:19:56All right.
00:19:58I have to go.
00:20:01Okay.
00:20:02We'll catch up soon.
00:20:07After this project is complete, you and your mother won't be worthy of shining our shoes.
00:20:13Oh.
00:20:15Hear that?
00:20:16You better serve as a good husband or it won't end well for you and your mom.
00:20:22Stacy, you know I'll always take good care of you.
00:20:25Weird.
00:20:26Why isn't my mom here yet?
00:20:28She might as well not come.
00:20:30I mean, this is the five star establishment.
00:20:33We wouldn't want her stinking up the place with her foul stench.
00:20:38Reception might think that she's a bum and send her away.
00:20:41Like, what a disgrace.
00:20:45I'm here.
00:21:01Sorry I'm late.
00:21:02Happy Mother's Day.
00:21:05Wow, Mom.
00:21:06You're all dressed up.
00:21:09I've seen that dress before.
00:21:11It's like 30 grand.
00:21:13How the hell did she get that?
00:21:15Please.
00:21:16It's clearly a rental.
00:21:18Who does she think she is coming here trying to steal the limelight?
00:21:21This dress was a gift from a friend.
00:21:24I told you she couldn't afford it.
00:21:27Stacy, this necklace has been in my family for generations.
00:21:33Since no one informed me about your wedding, I didn't get you a gift.
00:21:37I wanted to give you something for Mother's Day.
00:21:40What is this piece of crap?
00:21:43Looks like you got it from a garage sale.
00:21:45Oh, it's a very special family heirloom.
00:21:50Try it on.
00:21:52I wouldn't be caught dead wearing something like this.
00:22:00Oops.
00:22:06Stacy.
00:22:17Where's Caleb? I got...
00:22:19Stay away from my son.
00:22:21Mom, Stacy doesn't like people being around Caleb.
00:22:24Don't take it personally.
00:22:26And she won't even let her own grandmother see him.
00:22:28I don't care if you're his grandmother.
00:22:31I don't want anyone to know he's related to an old woman who can't even afford to buy him again.
00:22:36Oh, that's what I was about to say. I got him a stroller.
00:22:39Hmm.
00:22:41I feel like it.
00:22:42Hmm.
00:22:45No one wants your rickety stroller.
00:22:49Even a blind person can see that it's a knockoff.
00:22:52If that thing breaks and Caleb hurts himself, you will be paying the hospital bills.
00:22:57This is made of space-grade aluminum framing. It's really sturdy, I promise.
00:23:03It costs $10,000.
00:23:05That's ridiculous.
00:23:07You couldn't even afford it if it cost a hundred bucks.
00:23:09I'm not going to let you just walk up here and lie to our faces.
00:23:12Nothing grinds my gears more than deceitful people.
00:23:16Mom, Mom. You're better off just telling the truth.
00:23:19But I am telling the truth. I got this at a baby store owned by Astro Group.
00:23:23Show us the receipt then.
00:23:26Well, it was free, so I don't have the receipt.
00:23:32So, they just gave you a top-grade Astro Brand stroller for free?
00:23:39Please.
00:23:40We're not that stupid.
00:23:49Thank you, Jason.
00:23:55Sir, the Governor's waiting for you in the VIP lounge.
00:23:59Good.
00:24:00The family of Jocelyn's daughter-in-law are throwing a party at the same hotel to cover the cost.
00:24:04I'm on it, boss.
00:24:05We're not that stupid.
00:24:09Oh my God, Mom!
00:24:11Mom, are you okay?
00:24:12Does it hurt?
00:24:13What are you doing?
00:24:15Here, get out of me.
00:24:16You okay?
00:24:19Even if it's true that she can't afford the stroller, she was just trying to give us a gift.
00:24:23She should have known better than to bring that dirt-cheap trash to our Mother's Day party.
00:24:27Oh, I promise I only buy the best for Caleb.
00:24:30Oh, really? Well, I doubt that.
00:24:32Dear esteemed guests, I am happy to announce that today's party's expenses will be covered fully by the Astro Group.
00:24:40Please, enjoy yourselves.
00:24:41Wonderful.
00:24:44Why would Astro Group pay for our Mother's Day party?
00:24:46I am sure it's because of Tony's close relationship with the company.
00:24:51What? Did you think it had something to do with you and your peasant mom?
00:24:55I'm sorry about this, Mom.
00:24:57How about we get started with some salad, okay?
00:25:00Okay.
00:25:06Oh, there's tongs by the salad bowl for a reason.
00:25:11I'm sorry about that.
00:25:13Huh.
00:25:15All those years as a nurse's assistant, all those sick, sick patients you've treated, we must be covered in germs.
00:25:25Are you trying to contaminate Caleb and I?
00:25:29Look, I'm not covered in germs.
00:25:31I don't know how many viruses.
00:25:33This is a clean fork.
00:25:35Hmm.
00:25:36Harry and I ate salad like this while he was growing up.
00:25:38It's not a big deal.
00:25:39Well, I'm not raising Caleb the way you raised Harry.
00:25:44Next time, just let us spill our plates before you start serving yourself.
00:25:49Now, I'm gonna have to throw away the entire-
00:25:52Ah!
00:25:52Stacy!
00:25:53Mom!
00:25:55Stacy!
00:25:56I can tolerate you criticizing her manners, but spilling salad on her is too much!
00:26:01Forget hand sanitizer.
00:26:03This bitch needs a full body cleanse.
00:26:14No, your place, Jocelyn. Just cause you're here doesn't make you one of us.
00:26:19Is it fully legal?
00:26:20Oh, it's fully legal.
00:26:21We just need to have the city council sign off on the deal.
00:26:26What?
00:26:27My wife's being bullied.
00:26:31No, your place!
00:26:33Stacy, calm down!
00:26:34No matter what you think of her, she's my mom!
00:26:37I assure you, my mother means well!
00:26:41Shut up and stay out of it, you shit!
00:26:43The job you have, your house, even the food in your stomach, everything you have is because of us!
00:26:50Don't hurt my son!
00:26:53You keep your hands off me, you low-life, small town maid!
00:26:59Stacy!
00:27:00Hey!
00:27:01Are you wearing this dress?
00:27:02What do you think this party's for you?
00:27:04Take over!
00:27:05You stupid old bitch!
00:27:06When maids try to act like queens, they get put in their place!
00:27:10Please don't hurt her!
00:27:12Harry!
00:27:15If you hadn't knocked up my daughter, I never would have let you marry her.
00:27:20Harry, it's me or your old wrinkly mother.
00:27:23You can only choose one.
00:27:26Security!
00:27:28Get her out of here!
00:27:29I've distinguished her coming back, and I won't have her go any more grumpy.
00:27:33No!
00:27:33Throw out that stroller with her!
00:27:36Hey!
00:27:36That's enough!
00:27:37All of you!
00:27:38Back off!
00:27:38Back off!
00:27:42Let your hands on her one more time and see what fucking happens.
00:27:45Let your hands on her one more time and see what fucking happens.
00:27:48You okay?
00:27:49Who's this?
00:27:50Probably her new hubby.
00:27:52Have you heard?
00:27:53He's a construction worker.
00:27:55Oh.
00:27:55No wonder he looks so rugged.
00:27:57The way he was threatening us, I almost thought he was some big shot for a second.
00:28:02Turns out he's just a low-wage laborer.
00:28:05Construction is honest work.
00:28:07Any man who works hard for his money, they deserve respect.
00:28:11Ignore her.
00:28:12Well, I only respect the real winners in life.
00:28:14Like my husband, who's about to partner with Ezra.
00:28:19This loser just constructs the buildings that we occupy.
00:28:23Look, I don't want to make a scene on Mother's Day.
00:28:26So how about this?
00:28:28Admit the stroller's a knockoff.
00:28:30We'll call it you.
00:28:31I'm not gonna say something that's not true.
00:28:34It's not a knockoff.
00:28:36Suit yourself.
00:28:37Then I won't go easy for you.
00:28:39You come clean, or I will force my daughter to divorce your son.
00:28:43I'll take away his job and his house.
00:28:46Mom, just fess up.
00:28:47Let's get this over with.
00:28:51Hey, Mr. Smith, Mrs. Smith.
00:28:53I'm sorry, I...
00:28:54No, no, no.
00:28:55Do not apologize to these clowns.
00:28:59I'm here.
00:29:00You don't have to worry.
00:29:01You're safe now.
00:29:03Don't say we didn't give you a chance.
00:29:05You blue-collar freeloaders wouldn't even survive without the money we contributed.
00:29:10At least you have a decency to be honest with us.
00:29:11Mr. Smith, please, calm down.
00:29:13I'll talk to them for you and I'll get this cleared up.
00:29:16Keep your mouth shut.
00:29:17This doesn't move.
00:29:19I don't like how this construction worker came and acted all tough.
00:29:22You two scum should buy us a brand new gift as an apology.
00:29:26The way I see it, you all should be apologizing to us.
00:29:30Have you ever heard of the Aster Group? The most powerful company in the city?
00:29:35Well, I'm just about to sign a contract with them, which means I'll be big time.
00:29:39One call from me and I can throw a grenade in your whole construction career and have you begging in
00:29:44the streets.
00:29:46About that contract, do you happen to have it on you?
00:29:49What's that contract?
00:29:51Aster Group's executive assistant, Jason Miller, just informed me of the partnership.
00:29:55He's Mr. Aster's right-hand man, so you can take his word for it.
00:30:00But you haven't signed it yet.
00:30:02Sounds like somebody's getting a little ahead of themselves.
00:30:05Who are you, construction worker? You don't know how business is negotiated.
00:30:09Oh, really?
00:30:10Well, let me tell you a little something about that contract.
00:30:18It's off.
00:30:22Jason, I need you here in 60 seconds or less.
00:30:26Wow, so threatening.
00:30:29Who does he think he is? Mr. Aster himself?
00:30:33Lowly construction worker posing as a CEO.
00:30:37This is just too funny.
00:30:38If Mr. Miller actually shows up, hey, I'll apologize.
00:30:43You said it, not me.
00:30:45Jason's here.
00:30:47Oh, Mr. Miller.
00:30:48So good to see you again.
00:30:50This scumbag is claiming to know you.
00:30:58No one calls Mr. Aster a scumbag.
00:31:01Excuse me.
00:31:03I didn't say it to Mr. Aster.
00:31:07Whatever's happening here, all this noise is disturbing our meeting next door.
00:31:11It's because of this asshole.
00:31:13Yes.
00:31:13I was just about to get him kicked out.
00:31:15Which asshole?
00:31:16This asshole right here.
00:31:18What did you just call him?
00:31:19That guy's a poor construction worker.
00:31:21I'm doing everyone a favor by getting rid of him.
00:31:26Mr. Smith, you and your family are asking for it.
00:31:32Mr. Miller, please.
00:31:33I am so sorry we didn't kick them out earlier.
00:31:36They'll be gone in a moment, I promise.
00:31:38That's what you're apologizing for?
00:31:40Yeah.
00:31:41You're fools.
00:31:42The both of you.
00:31:43What should we be apologizing for?
00:31:46For offending the wrong people.
00:31:49No, I'm trying to tell you.
00:31:50He's just a lowly construction worker with a hard hat.
00:31:53And she's just a nurse without a job.
00:31:56Jason, I think Astro Group should rescind that contract offer immediately.
00:32:01That's up to the CEO, not you.
00:32:03The contract is hereby officially withdrawn.
00:32:08Mr. Miller, you can't just do that on a whim.
00:32:12We've been preparing for months about this project.
00:32:15Partnering with people of low character like you would be an embarrassment to Astro.
00:32:20Keep spouting nonsense and I'll rip your fucking tongue out.
00:32:23Simon!
00:32:24One more word out of you and Sky Group is finished!
00:32:28My apologies.
00:32:30Mr. Miller, I...
00:32:33Could you maybe advocate then for... to Mr. Astro for us?
00:32:37It's too late for that.
00:32:40It's too late for that!
00:32:42Mr. Astro supports my decision.
00:32:46Going forward, your company won't be considered for any Astro Group project.
00:32:51Oops.
00:32:54Let's go.
00:32:55Don't let these idiots get to you.
00:32:57Mom, where are you going?
00:32:59You just watched her get abused over and over again without a single word in her defense.
00:33:03Now...
00:33:04Is that how you treat your mother?
00:33:05On Mother's Day?
00:33:09Son, you should be ashamed.
00:33:11Please, Mom.
00:33:14He hasn't had enough.
00:33:15Okay, let's go.
00:33:20Mr. Miller, please.
00:33:21This is all just a big misunderstanding.
00:33:24We can start over, right?
00:33:27No.
00:33:28You offended the wrong people.
00:33:30There's no coming back from that.
00:33:33This is all your mom's fault!
00:33:34We won't forget what she did to us!
00:33:38That's right, Harry.
00:33:39She got lucky this time.
00:33:41But the next time I see her, that bitch is dead meat!
00:33:49I'm so sorry you had to deal with that.
00:33:51I'm sorry you had to see it.
00:33:55Why don't you take a shower, wash off that nastiness.
00:33:59I'm gonna see you smile again.
00:34:02All right.
00:34:42Hey.
00:34:44How are you doing?
00:34:45You feeling any better now?
00:34:46Yeah.
00:34:46Much better.
00:34:47Much better.
00:34:48I just have to dry my hair.
00:34:50You wanna help?
00:34:52It's...
00:34:52Sure.
00:35:06Look what those bastards did to you.
00:35:09They're lucky.
00:35:10They were the family of your daughter-in-law.
00:35:12Or I'd have been much harsher on them.
00:35:14How can you smile like that after what happened?
00:35:18It's just, um...
00:35:21God, I forgot what it was like to have someone protect me.
00:35:24I've been alone so long, I just...
00:35:27I miss it.
00:35:31You're my wife now.
00:35:34I'm gonna be protecting you for the rest of your life.
00:35:45Um...
00:35:45Does your neck hurt?
00:35:47It's not so good.
00:35:54I'm sorry.
00:35:56All right.
00:35:57Thank you.
00:35:59Wow.
00:36:00Hey, I was wondering...
00:36:02What were you doing at the hotel today?
00:36:08Oh, I was just meeting some old classmates at the hotel restaurant.
00:36:11Mm-hmm.
00:36:13But why was that Mr. Miller guy so...
00:36:15I mean, he stood up for you a lot.
00:36:18Uh...
00:36:18He...
00:36:19Just one of those classmates.
00:36:21We've been friends for years.
00:36:22Wow.
00:36:24What are the chances, huh?
00:36:26Yeah.
00:36:27Yeah, um...
00:36:30I guess we were pretty disruptive.
00:36:32No, it was nothing.
00:36:34Come down when you're ready, okay?
00:36:36Mm-hmm.
00:36:36Dinner's set.
00:36:43How about a little more wine?
00:36:46Oh.
00:36:47No.
00:36:48No?
00:36:48Yeah, no.
00:36:48We've had so much.
00:36:50No, I'm surprised we haven't left that.
00:36:59What?
00:37:01Yeah, you're just...
00:37:03You're just beautiful.
00:37:04That's all.
00:37:08I feel like I'm...
00:37:09Back in high school.
00:37:11At prom.
00:37:12Staring into my date's eyes as we dance.
00:37:14Heart skipping a beat.
00:37:18Let's go back to prom.
00:37:20What?
00:37:20Prom.
00:37:21Let's go to prom.
00:37:22Prom.
00:37:23Yes.
00:37:25Come on.
00:37:26Prom.
00:37:27Yes, you're gonna dance with me.
00:37:30I'd love to dance with you.
00:37:31Mm-hmm.
00:37:37This is really nice.
00:37:39I like it.
00:37:39This is nice.
00:37:40So nice.
00:37:41Oh!
00:37:42I didn't know you could dance.
00:37:44You make it easy.
00:38:02It stops.
00:38:18God, you're so strong.
00:38:20You ain't seen nothing yet.
00:38:23Let's go.
00:38:39That was amazing.
00:38:42Oh, my God.
00:38:44I have been my whole life looking for someone to light up my darkness.
00:38:49To give me hope.
00:38:51I think I found him.
00:38:54Someone just to make me feel hope.
00:38:58And I found that person.
00:39:11To grow old along with me, best is yet to be.
00:39:15The last of life for which the first was made.
00:39:20Robert Browning.
00:39:22Yeah.
00:39:24I was in a poetry club in high school.
00:39:28Oh, my God.
00:39:29I volunteered to read that poem in front of an audience.
00:39:34Oh, my God.
00:39:35I got up on stage and just, like, all these eyes were on me.
00:39:40I froze.
00:39:41Completely froze up.
00:39:42So, what'd you do?
00:39:44Well, I had everything written on the palm of my hand.
00:39:49I totally cheated.
00:39:50I looked at my palm and I read the first line from it.
00:39:55God.
00:39:56I remember how shaky my voice was.
00:40:02I'm so jealous of the students in that assembly.
00:40:05Why?
00:40:08I just wish this pretty face would have come into my life sooner.
00:40:16I can't change the past.
00:40:19But I can give you a future.
00:40:22Well, when you're in love.
00:40:25The future's all you care about.
00:40:34They're just a little smaller than tennis records.
00:40:36Okay.
00:40:36You'll be fine.
00:40:38Oh, wow.
00:40:41It's beautiful.
00:40:44Wait.
00:40:44Aren't you supposed to be in a construction site?
00:40:46Spending time with you is more important than work.
00:40:49Thank you.
00:40:50Let's go.
00:40:54Okay.
00:40:55Let's see what you got.
00:40:56Okay.
00:40:56I don't know.
00:41:00Whoa.
00:41:02Good shot.
00:41:03All right.
00:41:04Shake off those worries.
00:41:15Oh, don't you go easy on me.
00:41:17Come on.
00:41:27Oh, my God.
00:41:28I'm so sorry.
00:41:29Oh, my God.
00:41:31I'm a nurse.
00:41:32Let me see it.
00:41:32Let me see it.
00:41:33Take a deep breath.
00:41:35In.
00:41:37Okay, okay.
00:41:38Is it here?
00:41:39One more.
00:41:40Here?
00:41:41One more.
00:41:42Okay.
00:41:43Hey.
00:41:44Can you handle the pain?
00:41:45Oh, yeah.
00:41:46I can handle it.
00:41:47I can handle it.
00:41:51Oh, my God.
00:41:52You're teasing me.
00:41:55I'm so, so happy to have you by my side.
00:41:59Sneaky little...
00:42:00You're teasing me.
00:42:03Feels so good to have you by my side.
00:42:06Let's keep going.
00:42:08Okay.
00:42:09Hey!
00:42:10Stop right there.
00:42:11What are you two cheap workers doing here?
00:42:13What is the rule that workers can't use the court?
00:42:15You have any idea who this place belongs to?
00:42:18This is the Astor Group's exclusive high-end pickleball court.
00:42:21You two bottom feeders have no business playing here.
00:42:24It's okay.
00:42:24It's okay.
00:42:25I mean, we don't want to cause a scene.
00:42:26Let's just go.
00:42:27Hold on.
00:42:27Hold on.
00:42:28Hold on.
00:42:28My wife's enjoying herself.
00:42:30How much to rent the courts?
00:42:32Just us.
00:42:33I'll cover it.
00:42:33You idiot.
00:42:34This is a members exclusive club.
00:42:36You two old fools need to get the hell out of here.
00:42:38Watch your mouth.
00:42:41You're embarrassing the Astor Group.
00:42:43Now apologize to the lady.
00:42:45How dare you call her an old fool?
00:42:47Moron.
00:42:48You're the ones who should apologize.
00:42:50Now get the hell out or I'll make you!
00:42:52Ah!
00:42:53Ray!
00:42:53It hurts!
00:42:54It hurts!
00:42:55Who's the old fool now, huh?
00:42:57Ray, Ray, Ray!
00:42:58Just forget it, forget it.
00:42:58We can go, we can go.
00:42:59Just come on.
00:43:00Hey!
00:43:01What's with all the noise?
00:43:02These two old people were causing a disturbance.
00:43:05I was kicking them out!
00:43:07Mr. Astor?
00:43:13Mr. Astor?
00:43:15Mr. Astor?
00:43:17Idiot!
00:43:18Is this how we treat our guests?
00:43:21As an apology, let me offer you a club membership card.
00:43:25Please visit anytime you want.
00:43:28Oh, that's not necessary.
00:43:30It's okay.
00:43:31I'm sorry.
00:43:32We're sorry.
00:43:33Let's just go.
00:43:34We should leave.
00:43:36You want to apologize?
00:43:38Make a new rule.
00:43:39Workers with this uniform can play here.
00:43:43Of course.
00:43:44And please, take care.
00:43:47Manager, what the hell just happened?
00:43:48Shut up!
00:43:49You almost got to be killed!
00:43:51He is the owner of the Astor Group!
00:43:54What's that old man?
00:43:56No way!
00:43:57He had the construction worker's uniform!
00:43:59Rich people cosplay game.
00:44:03You know what?
00:44:04You don't have a job here anymore.
00:44:06Pack your stuff and leave!
00:44:13It's all your mom's fault!
00:44:15Thanks to your mom, my family lost the Astor Group project!
00:44:19Stacy!
00:44:20Calm down!
00:44:22They could change their mind again in a few days!
00:44:24And it seems like my mom's new husband is friends with Jason.
00:44:27I'll ask my mom if he can help.
00:44:29That guy?
00:44:29He's a fucking construction worker!
00:44:32Your mom and her piece of shit husband are no use to us!
00:44:39Harry, isn't your mother unemployed?
00:44:43Sky Group has a nursing home in the city.
00:44:45So I'll ask Tony to help her get a job there.
00:44:48Think of it as an apology for how we treated her at the banquet.
00:44:53Okay?
00:44:53We'll figure out how to get the contract back later.
00:44:56That would be great!
00:44:58Thank you, Wendy.
00:45:00I'll go call my mom and tell her the good news.
00:45:07Mom, why the hell would you help that bitch get a job?
00:45:11Don't be so naive.
00:45:17Don't be so naive.
00:45:19Don't be so naive.
00:45:20We'll tell her she got a job at the nursing home.
00:45:22But really, she'll just be a janitor at our office.
00:45:26That way we can keep using her as a punching bag and get proper revenge for what she did.
00:45:32Hmm.
00:45:34Good.
00:45:36Jocelyn and that construction working husband of hers ruined our golden opportunity with the Esther Group.
00:45:44I can't wait to get my hands on Jocelyn and teach her a lesson.
00:45:50Well, don't worry, Stacy.
00:45:52If we keep climbing up the ladder, sooner or later, we'll get rid of Harry and that pest of a
00:45:59mother of his.
00:46:00And then, I'll find you a rich, handsome, and powerful man for you to marry.
00:46:11Where are you going in that outfit?
00:46:13Oh, um, Harry got me a job as a nurse's assistant.
00:46:18Jocelyn, you don't have to work if you don't want to.
00:46:21Oh, no.
00:46:22I want to pitch in on the household expenses.
00:46:24We can't just get by on your gigs.
00:46:26It's not fair.
00:46:27Yeah, but, well, is it a good job at least?
00:46:29Harry said it's with a nursing home that's owned by Sky Group.
00:46:33It's okay, I have my CNA certification.
00:46:36I will be safe.
00:46:39Okay.
00:46:41Just don't overwork yourself, okay?
00:46:44Oh, my God.
00:46:45It's not nearly as hard as the work you do.
00:46:48I just want to take some of the load off your shoulders.
00:46:53Well, off you go then.
00:46:55Have a great first day.
00:46:56It's going to be great.
00:46:58Bye.
00:47:07Hello?
00:47:08Yeah, Jason.
00:47:09Question.
00:47:10Does Sky Group own a nursing home in the city?
00:47:12Yes, boss.
00:47:13They do.
00:47:14I'll set up a meeting with the CEO.
00:47:16I'm purchasing that nursing home.
00:47:17You got it, sir.
00:47:20Don't worry, Mom.
00:47:21Everything's already set up.
00:47:23Thank you so much, Harry.
00:47:27Oh, what...
00:47:28What are you doing here?
00:47:30Mom, things got a bit out of hand at the banquet, so Wendy wanted to make amends and offer you
00:47:36this job.
00:47:37She'll be the one you report to.
00:47:40Have a seat, Jocelyn.
00:47:42Okay.
00:47:46You see, Jocelyn, typically we only hire young nurses assistants.
00:47:51So tell me, why should we go with someone your age?
00:47:56I have extensive training and decades of professional experience.
00:48:02I'm perfectly qualified to be a nursing assistant.
00:48:06Alright then.
00:48:06But it isn't easy work, so be prepared.
00:48:09Oh, that doesn't bother me.
00:48:11Not at all.
00:48:13So, where's this nursing home?
00:48:15I'll take you there later.
00:48:17We're just going to have you do a little cleaning at the office first.
00:48:31Mom, they just need you to help with cleaning today.
00:48:33You'll go straight to the nursing home after.
00:48:35Don't say I didn't warn you.
00:48:47Stacy, isn't that your mother-in-law? What's she doing working here as a cleaner?
00:48:52She's an uneducated fool from a tiny royal town.
00:48:59Cleaning is all she's good for.
00:49:01Oh, I didn't expect that.
00:49:03I always thought your family was well off.
00:49:05Does your mother-in-law enjoy working, or...?
00:49:07This bitch is not family to me.
00:49:12She's too filthy to serve as our maid, so we sent her here instead.
00:49:23Hand me that coffee.
00:49:33Oh, that is exploding hot!
00:49:35Are you trying to burn off my tongue?
00:49:37It's just a normal cup of coffee.
00:49:39It's just...
00:49:40Look, you don't have to treat me like family, but please just...
00:49:43Just don't make my life miserable.
00:49:44I...
00:49:45Will do...
00:49:46Whatever the hell I...
00:49:58I...
00:50:00Don't touch me!
00:50:02Disgusting!
00:50:07This...
00:50:09Is all your fault.
00:50:11Wait right there.
00:50:15I don't want to call me in.
00:50:18I don't want to call me in.
00:50:25I don't want to call me in.
00:50:27Wait.
00:50:31Where's my bracelet?
00:50:33Where's my bracelet?
00:50:40ah
00:50:42it was you
00:50:43you stole my bracelet
00:50:45no no i was just bringing it back to you
00:50:48it was on the ground
00:50:50now i can prove
00:50:52you're a thief
00:50:56why are you being like this
00:50:58whether you like it or not
00:50:59we're family
00:51:01why do you keep painting me as the villain
00:51:03jocelyn
00:51:04We are in the office.
00:51:06Don't bring personal matters into the workplace.
00:51:10You petty thief.
00:51:12It's over for you now.
00:51:17Jennifer stole my bracelet.
00:51:19I didn't steal anything.
00:51:21Look at this photo I took.
00:51:22She's holding my bracelet in her hand.
00:51:25I was picking it up.
00:51:27I was giving it back to you.
00:51:28Stop making excuses.
00:51:30You'll be arrested for this.
00:51:32Mom, are you okay?
00:51:37Stacy, my mom is your family too.
00:51:40She's an honest person and a hard worker.
00:51:43You can't keep treating her like this.
00:51:45I'm her superior in the office.
00:51:48I can treat her however I'd like.
00:51:50And she stole my fucking bracelet.
00:51:53My mom would never steal anything.
00:51:55See, look at the surveillance footage.
00:51:58See?
00:52:00Stacy, it dropped on the ground and she picked it up and tried to give it back to you.
00:52:03Only for you to accuse her of stealing it.
00:52:07Well, um...
00:52:09I guess it was just all a misunderstanding.
00:52:13A misunderstanding?
00:52:15You tried to frame me.
00:52:19I quit.
00:52:21I am done with this.
00:52:22This is too toxic.
00:52:24Stacy, it was just a little mix-up.
00:52:26Don't hold it against each other.
00:52:27Shut up.
00:52:28You can't just quit because you feel like it.
00:52:31If you leave, he leaves too.
00:52:35Stacy, what are you talking about?
00:52:37If I made a mistake, just tell me.
00:52:40The only mistake you made was being born to this bitch of a mother.
00:52:44Take your choice.
00:52:47Me or her.
00:52:50If you keep standing up for your mother, we're getting a divorce.
00:52:58You just watched her get abused over and over again without a single word in her defense.
00:53:02Is that how you treat your mother?
00:53:03On Mother's Day?
00:53:08Son, you should be ashamed.
00:53:17If a divorce is what you want, so be it.
00:53:26No.
00:53:27It's not worth it.
00:53:28Don't get divorced over me.
00:53:29It can't end your marriage.
00:53:31No, no.
00:53:31You know what?
00:53:33Let's do this.
00:53:34Let's sign the divorce papers.
00:53:43You were planning this all along.
00:53:45This is your last chance.
00:53:48You either sever ties with your mother or sign divorce papers.
00:53:52What's it going to be?
00:54:04There.
00:54:05It's done.
00:54:09Great.
00:54:12Now go pack your things and get out of this office.
00:54:16You're fired.
00:54:20This job.
00:54:22You are.
00:54:22Harry, everybody knows you're only here because my father is the vice president.
00:54:28And now that you're siding with your mother and divorcing me, firing you is just a matter
00:54:35of the course.
00:54:36So get out and go live in a run-down trailer park where you belong.
00:54:40You can't do this.
00:54:42This isn't abuse of power.
00:54:45Why shouldn't I?
00:54:48Power is everything.
00:54:50And with my father as the vice president, I can sack any low-level employee I want with
00:54:58with a snap of a finger.
00:55:07Don't test me or you'll regret it.
00:55:12Stacy, you told me not to bring personal things into the office.
00:55:16Look at you now.
00:55:19And what are you going to do about it?
00:55:22You know, my family never actually wanted to help you find work.
00:55:28We just gave you this job so we could keep harassing you.
00:55:33Using your family's status to abuse innocent people?
00:55:38That's psychotic.
00:55:40Are we almost to Sky Group?
00:55:42I want to check out my wife's workplace.
00:55:44We'll be there soon, sir.
00:55:45When the CEO heard you be making an appearance, he could hardly contain his excitement.
00:55:50It's time for Jocelyn to know who I am.
00:55:53Ray Astor.
00:55:55CEO of Astro Group.
00:56:00I'm sorry, Mom.
00:56:02I didn't know the Smiths were conspiring against us.
00:56:05They never saw us as family at all.
00:56:09It's okay.
00:56:11At least you know before it's too late.
00:56:14Oh, it's too late.
00:56:15You two crooks won't ever come near us again.
00:56:20You're done leeching off my family's wealth.
00:56:24I want to see the CEO.
00:56:25He owes me an explanation.
00:56:27Ha!
00:56:28He doesn't have time for a bottom dweller like you.
00:56:33Enough!
00:56:35A lowly maid doesn't have any right to meet with our CEO.
00:56:40Security!
00:56:41Take these two away!
00:56:43Don't touch me!
00:56:44I'm not going anywhere!
00:56:45I want to know what we did wrong!
00:56:47Get your hands off my mom!
00:56:48This is workplace harassment!
00:56:50Bullshit!
00:56:52You interfered with our Astro Group project and now you're showing up at our workplace making a scene!
00:56:58You're all a bunch of liars!
00:57:01You're not going to get away with it!
00:57:02You bitch!
00:57:04I ought to slap some sense into you!
00:57:05Stop!
00:57:09Stop!
00:57:10What the hell is wrong with you?
00:57:13Ray!
00:57:14Are you okay?
00:57:14Yeah, well, this was all a scam.
00:57:18They never meant for me to work here.
00:57:20They just got me here so they could harass me.
00:57:23Worst part is they want to fire Harry.
00:57:25And he didn't do anything.
00:57:28Okay, okay.
00:57:28Hey, leave this to me.
00:57:30Okay?
00:57:30These idiots barked up the wrong tree.
00:57:32What do you think you are talking like that?
00:57:35Listen, not only can I get rid of this lady and her son,
00:57:38I can have you fired with the wave of my hand
00:57:41so you can kiss your construction job goodbye, asshole.
00:57:45Does your CEO, Steve Jones, know you're using what little power you have to abuse your employees?
00:57:51Keep my boss's name out of your mouth, peasant.
00:57:54I'm done talking to you.
00:57:58Jocelyn, do you still have any respect for your in-laws?
00:58:02I'm just worried about Harry.
00:58:05Harry, answer me like a man.
00:58:07Are you holding out hope for these people?
00:58:11No.
00:58:13The Smiths have lost every bit of my respect.
00:58:15Now it's time to sever ties.
00:58:18I'm ready to build a better life for myself without them.
00:58:22Harry, I support you.
00:58:25Then it's settled.
00:58:27You two are not the ones getting fired today.
00:58:31They are.
00:58:36Jocelyn, Harry, I think it's time we set the record straight.
00:58:42Nice try, old man.
00:58:45I know you're ashamed of your blue-collar jobs you're trying to show off in front of your new wife.
00:58:51And don't think I forgot about you interfering with our Ashtagroup project.
00:58:56Today's a perfect day for my revenge.
00:58:59Okay.
00:58:59Well, why don't we see what your CEO has to say about that?
00:59:03My CEO?
00:59:04He's going to finish.
00:59:06Yeah, Steve, I'm at your office.
00:59:08I need you here pronto.
00:59:10That's great.
00:59:12Oh, this construction worker thinks he could just summon our CEO at will.
00:59:17Seriously, what are you on?
00:59:19You won't be laughing in 60 seconds.
00:59:21This guy is delusional.
00:59:23Definitely on drugs.
00:59:26Security, stop screwing around.
00:59:27Get these three out of here.
00:59:31Hey!
00:59:33Stop this madness!
00:59:36My apologies, mister.
00:59:37Mr. Jones!
00:59:38What brings you over here?
00:59:40We have these few trespassers disturbing the peace, but don't worry.
00:59:44I've got it all under control.
00:59:47Really?
00:59:48No!
00:59:49The only one disturbing the peace here is you.
00:59:56Mr. Jones, you obviously have me mistaken for someone else.
00:59:59You dropped the ball on the contract with Astor Group, and now you're starting up this shit again?
01:00:05No, no, you've got it all wrong.
01:00:07This construction worker here is the reason that Jason Miller took the contract away from us.
01:00:12Plus, he was just trashing you before you got here.
01:00:16Really?
01:00:18This man is the whole reason Jason Miller gave us the contract.
01:00:22What?
01:00:23How can that be?
01:00:25This is the most distinguished guest we've ever had here, and you're trying to throw him out?
01:00:30I will never forgive you for this.
01:00:32Who the hell is this guy?
01:00:33I thought he was just some random construction worker.
01:00:36You thought wrong!
01:00:38Mr. Astor, my apologies.
01:00:41After this incident, Sky Group doesn't even deserve to be in the same sentence as your company.
01:00:48So he?
01:00:50He is...
01:00:51The man standing in front of you is Ray Astor.
01:00:54CEO of Astor Group.
01:00:56One of the most powerful billionaires in the world.
01:01:04I...
01:01:05No, no way.
01:01:07This unskilled laborer can be CEO of Astor Group.
01:01:13You idiotic fool.
01:01:14Just as ignorant as your father.
01:01:17Get your shit and get out.
01:01:20You're fired.
01:01:22Boss, please.
01:01:24She's young.
01:01:25She lacks experience.
01:01:26Don't fire her.
01:01:27With you as a father, now I know why she is the way she is.
01:01:31Steve, with employees like this, how exactly were you expecting to work with my company?
01:01:36Boss, please, give me another chance.
01:01:39I can fix our relationship with Astor Group.
01:01:41I am no longer your boss.
01:01:43Boss, you and your daughter are fired.
01:01:47As a matter of fact, none of the Smith family will ever work for Sky Group again.
01:01:52Ever.
01:01:54Mr. Astor, please, I was wrong.
01:01:56Forgive me.
01:01:57Please.
01:01:58Showing you mercy would be an insult to mercy itself.
01:02:02Now get out of my face.
01:02:06Jocelyn, Harry, we're family.
01:02:09We can't let a little mix-up create a rift between us.
01:02:13Family?
01:02:15Aren't you divorcing him?
01:02:17No.
01:02:19Let's stay together.
01:02:21Yeah, yeah, we'll stay married.
01:02:24Please, Harry, please, don't let them do this to me.
01:02:27Stacey, help me.
01:02:28Stacey, you killed our marriage when you abused my mom and filed for divorce.
01:02:33Now if you have the slightest bit of dignity, you'll leave us alone.
01:02:38No, no.
01:02:40I don't want to be poor.
01:02:43No, no.
01:02:45Well done, Harry.
01:02:46You're an adult now.
01:02:48How would you like to come work for me at my company?
01:02:51It would be an honor, Mr. Astor.
01:02:54I'll work hard, I promise.
01:02:56Mm-hmm.
01:02:57And Steve.
01:02:58Yes, sir.
01:02:59I don't want to see anybody from the Smith family again, here or anywhere else.
01:03:04Make them disappear.
01:03:06Certainly, sir.
01:03:07I'll have them banished from the city at once.
01:03:10Security?
01:03:11Get these ex-employees of mine out of my sight.
01:03:15Mr. Jones.
01:03:16No, no.
01:03:17Mr. Astor, please, give us another chance.
01:03:19We can fix this.
01:03:20Harry, do something.
01:03:27Jocelyn, I am so sorry I didn't tell you who I am.
01:03:31With the Smiths out of the way, maybe we can just start over.
01:03:35Are you really what...
01:03:39What you heard is true.
01:03:41I am the CEO of Astor Group.
01:03:48I am the CEO of Astor Group.
01:03:52Jocelyn, I have been trying to find the right time to tell you.
01:03:56We live together.
01:03:59There's like a hundred right times.
01:04:02Every day there's a right time.
01:04:06I may not be rich like you.
01:04:09But that doesn't mean you get to play me for a fool.
01:04:12No.
01:04:14No, I would never play you for a fool.
01:04:17Please.
01:04:18Let's just go home and talk it out.
01:04:20There's nothing to talk about.
01:04:22Cut.
01:04:25Ray, we shouldn't have rushed into this marriage.
01:04:28Jocelyn.
01:04:31Jocelyn.
01:04:34Jocelyn, please.
01:04:35I'm sorry.
01:04:36I should have never lied to you.
01:04:40You know what?
01:04:41I'm glad you did.
01:04:42Because now the truth is out.
01:04:43And I know who you are.
01:04:44And you and me, we are from different worlds.
01:04:47Yeah, but I still want us to live in the same one.
01:04:49Just let me explain.
01:04:51Fine.
01:04:52Fine.
01:04:53You know what?
01:04:53Okay.
01:04:54Explain.
01:04:54Look, I admit.
01:04:56I didn't go in this thing with the right attitude.
01:04:59Throughout my life, I have met so many women who are just after my money.
01:05:02I'd given up on finding love.
01:05:06So when Violet set us up on this date, I expected nothing.
01:05:09I wasn't looking for a relationship.
01:05:12Then why don't you marry me?
01:05:13Because you're different.
01:05:16As soon as I met you, my entire perspective on love changed.
01:05:22You have this rare, indescribable beauty.
01:05:28From the very first date you captured in my heart, it became a part of my life.
01:05:44You have been the calm after a long storm, but you should have told me.
01:05:50I don't believe me.
01:05:51I wanted to.
01:05:55But after I met you, I just, I began to realize that I don't care what my job is or
01:06:02how much
01:06:02money I have or my net worth or any of that.
01:06:04It all seems so meaningless compared to being by your side.
01:06:11It just seems so meaningless compared to our life together.
01:06:16I thought you felt the same way.
01:06:18Don't you feel the same way?
01:06:19I do.
01:06:22But I never felt that being poor made us less happy.
01:06:25In fact, it's the opposite.
01:06:27We were happy precisely because things are so simple.
01:06:31Exactly.
01:06:32Exactly.
01:06:33I know.
01:06:33And now that you know everything about me, I feel like all my walls are down and I can
01:06:37just finally relax and be by your side.
01:06:44I can be that same loving construction worker if that's what you want.
01:06:48Nothing has to change.
01:06:54You need to promise me.
01:06:55If you promise, promise that you will never.
01:06:58No, I...
01:06:59You hide, no.
01:07:00I promise.
01:07:01No, you can't hide anything from me.
01:07:03No, I won't.
01:07:03I promise.
01:07:04And if I ever break that promise, I will accept whatever punishment comes my way.
01:07:08Even if it means losing you forever.
01:07:12Don't say that.
01:07:15You never lost me.
01:07:20Okay.
01:07:24Let's go.
01:07:27Wait, hey, why are you taking my luggage?
01:07:29I said I was going to stay.
01:07:31We're moving, Jocelyn.
01:07:33We're moving into our new home.
01:07:45Welcome home, Mr. and Mrs. Aston.
01:07:49Jocelyn.
01:07:50This way.
01:07:51Follow me.
01:07:57Thank you, Bobby.
01:07:59Welcome to our new home.
01:08:01This is so beautiful.
01:08:03Let's go inside.
01:08:08Right this way.
01:08:15What do you think?
01:08:17Yeah, it's amazing.
01:08:18Design the architecture.
01:08:27I brought it from home because I knew you liked it.
01:08:30Thank you.
01:08:32Oh my God, Ray.
01:08:33This is like living in a dream.
01:08:36Well, let's make it a happy dream.
01:08:38Then you never have to wake up.
01:08:39That sounds perfect.
01:08:42Your new life began the moment you set foot in this place.
01:08:46You're the head of the household.
01:08:48You can be yourself and live however you want to.
01:08:53Welcome, Jocelyn.
01:08:57Welcome, Jocelyn.
01:08:58I'm sorry I didn't tell you Ray was my dad.
01:09:00I wanted to, but he wouldn't let me.
01:09:03That's okay.
01:09:04Ray explained everything.
01:09:06You have a really nice house here.
01:09:08What are you talking about?
01:09:10This is your home.
01:09:12I live at that apartment that you used to work at.
01:09:17If you don't mind, I would love to come back and work for you.
01:09:22No.
01:09:23I don't think so.
01:09:24Your family.
01:09:26I should be taking care of you.
01:09:29Let me pamper my new stepmom.
01:09:31Okay?
01:09:32As you wish.
01:09:43Surprise!
01:09:44Mom?
01:09:46Since when are you back in the States?
01:09:49That's the response I get.
01:09:51I know you missed me at least a little.
01:09:53I did, but this is just all so sudden.
01:09:57You look so anxious, darling.
01:10:00Something you're hiding from me.
01:10:02You look so anxious, darling.
01:10:05Something you're hiding from me.
01:10:06No, of course not.
01:10:09You're acting weird.
01:10:12Has your stepmother been mistreating you?
01:10:15Wait, you know?
01:10:17Yes, I know.
01:10:18I know your dad got married to a maid and you didn't even bother to tell me.
01:10:22Well, I didn't want you to worry.
01:10:24Is that why you came back?
01:10:25I had to come back.
01:10:27Someone's trying to steal my husband.
01:10:29Your ex-husband.
01:10:31Plus, you're the one that abandoned us all those years ago.
01:10:34Oh, don't dredge up the past.
01:10:37Have you thought about what people will say when they hear your dad married a maid?
01:10:41No, I haven't.
01:10:43Because I'm the one who set them up.
01:10:45You what?
01:10:47What were you thinking?
01:10:49That maid only married your dad to get in on his wealth.
01:10:53Whatever.
01:10:54You don't even know her.
01:10:56Have you told dad you're back yet?
01:10:58Let's just say he's in for a surprise.
01:11:01No way am I going to let some fucking maid steal Ray.
01:11:06I'm his first love and I'm going to be his last.
01:11:09That man belongs to me.
01:11:13I'm home.
01:11:15Oh.
01:11:16You must be Jocelyn.
01:11:18Look at you living in a mansion like this and still doing your own grocery shopping.
01:11:23I guess you can take the woman out of the slum, but you can't take the slum out of the
01:11:26woman.
01:11:27Bobby, were we going to have a guest?
01:11:30I'm not a guest.
01:11:31I'm the head of this household.
01:11:34Yes, this is...
01:11:35Right.
01:11:36Where are my manners?
01:11:37Almost forgot to introduce myself.
01:11:38I'm Summer Harris of the esteemed Harris family.
01:11:43Violet's mother, Ray's ex-wife.
01:11:45Sorry, I'm allergic to poor people.
01:11:51Well, I wasn't aware we were having a visitor, so...
01:11:55This is my home.
01:11:56Why would I announce that I'm coming back to my house?
01:11:59I'm calling Ray.
01:12:02Hey!
01:12:03Give it back!
01:12:06Give it back!
01:12:07Calling Ray is a waste of time.
01:12:10Ray and Violet knew I was coming back.
01:12:12You just weren't important enough to hear about it.
01:12:15I don't believe that.
01:12:17I'm his wife and I live here.
01:12:20Don't tell me you think you're the head of this house.
01:12:23Listen.
01:12:24Rich people like us get married just for kicks.
01:12:27Ray being with you doesn't mean anything.
01:12:30That isn't true.
01:12:31No, he's serious about me.
01:12:34It's not...
01:12:34Oh, please.
01:12:36Look at yourself.
01:12:38Ray's family background and mine make us the perfect match.
01:12:41And some food stamp receiving maid isn't going to change that.
01:12:45He's just with you to piss me off.
01:12:48Well, Ray isn't like that.
01:12:53Besides, he never really mentioned you.
01:12:57Isn't that proof he's not serious about you?
01:13:00Take a look at how much Bobby respects me and you'll see how much I matter to Ray.
01:13:06Remove that disgusting blanket.
01:13:09I despise that colour.
01:13:10That was a gift from Ray.
01:13:12It stays.
01:13:13And you.
01:13:15You need to stop passing people around.
01:13:17Oh.
01:13:18Talking back, huh?
01:13:19Looks like you still haven't learned your place.
01:13:21Well, I guess now is the perfect time to show you.
01:13:25Ah!
01:13:30Ladies, please.
01:13:36Just because you're Ray's ex-wife, it doesn't give you the right to hit me.
01:13:40Fuck you.
01:13:41I am the love of his life.
01:13:43I might have hurt him a long time ago, but he still wants me back.
01:13:46He'll choose me over a stinky old maid, that's for sure.
01:13:51You're out of her mind!
01:13:53What?
01:13:54Still trying to call your fake husband?
01:13:56You're nothing but a dirty, home-wrecking mistress.
01:13:58Get out of my house!
01:14:00Hey, hey!
01:14:00What is going on?
01:14:02Stop!
01:14:06Are you okay?
01:14:07I am.
01:14:09I'm sorry.
01:14:09I just thought you'd let that happen to you.
01:14:11You keep your hands off my wife.
01:14:15You keep your hands off my wife.
01:14:18What do you mean your wife?
01:14:20She's a fucking cleaning lady.
01:14:22I was just teaching this new housemaid how we do things around here.
01:14:25She is not a housemaid.
01:14:27She is my wife!
01:14:28No, I'm your wife.
01:14:30No, you are a damn psycho.
01:14:33Maybe you forgot all those years ago, when we were dirt pouring down on our luck, and
01:14:37you just up and abandoned us.
01:14:39And now you think you can just mosey back here and claim that you're still my wife.
01:14:44I don't think so.
01:14:45No matter what, I am the mother of your daughter, which is more than this bitch will ever be.
01:14:50You think she's going to give you another kid?
01:14:52She's already neck deep in menopause.
01:14:55Quiet!
01:14:56Nobody speaks to my wife like that.
01:14:59You apologize or you get the hell out.
01:15:01In your dreams.
01:15:04What's wrong with me turning up and checking in on Violet?
01:15:08Bullying your daughter's mother over a crusty maid?
01:15:11Wait till everyone hears about this!
01:15:13Bobby has escorted my ex-wife off the property.
01:15:18I am not going anywhere.
01:15:20You are making a scene.
01:15:22Let's go!
01:15:23This is how you treat Violet's mother.
01:15:25Just...
01:15:25Oh my god!
01:15:27Mom, are you okay?
01:15:29Oh, I thought she was calling for me.
01:15:32Huh.
01:15:33How'd you like them apples?
01:15:34She was talking to me, not you.
01:15:40Huh.
01:15:41How'd you like them apples?
01:15:42She was talking to me, not you.
01:15:46Jocelyn, I'm sorry.
01:15:47I didn't mean to ignore you.
01:15:49It's okay, sweetie.
01:15:51Violet, your dad was trying to keep me from seeing you because of this cleaning lady.
01:15:55He was just about to kick me out of the house.
01:15:57Mom, she's not a cleaning lady.
01:15:58She's my stepmom.
01:16:00She's dad's new wife.
01:16:01Even you're speaking up for her.
01:16:03I was just trying to see you to have dinner with you and Ray.
01:16:07Is that too much to ask?
01:16:08Stop it!
01:16:08Come on, dad.
01:16:09Can't mom stay for dinner with us?
01:16:14She is a guest.
01:16:18Maybe we could treat her to a meal.
01:16:21I'm not the guest here.
01:16:22You are, bitch.
01:16:30This is my seat.
01:16:32The maid's seat is over there.
01:16:35Jocelyn, come over here and sit by me.
01:16:42Thank you.
01:16:52Ray?
01:16:54I thought you liked rib eye steak.
01:16:56Why don't you try some?
01:16:58I'll leave it.
01:16:59I'll get it myself.
01:17:04Back when we were dating, you used to love my roasted potatoes, remember?
01:17:10The tomato.
01:17:12We have favorites.
01:17:16Bobby.
01:17:20Take this outside and feed it to some stray cats.
01:17:27Ray?
01:17:32Dad, what was that all about?
01:17:35People's tastes change, sweetheart.
01:17:37I don't like the same old things I used to.
01:17:42You know what that means, right?
01:17:43Just a matter of time before he's sick of you.
01:17:46Shut up, Summer.
01:17:48Hmm.
01:17:49You're mad.
01:17:51That proves you still care.
01:17:53You know what they say, hate is the closest thing to love.
01:17:56You don't have to do all this.
01:17:58Jocelyn, you haven't touched your food.
01:18:02If you're not in the mood for steak, I can have Bobby with you up a pizza.
01:18:05Hmm.
01:18:06Thanks.
01:18:06I'm fine.
01:18:08Our family has matters to discuss.
01:18:11Why don't you step outside for a moment?
01:18:14Sure.
01:18:15I'm done anyways.
01:18:16No, no, no.
01:18:17Jocelyn, stay here.
01:18:18Stay.
01:18:18You're part of the family.
01:18:20If you have something to say, then say it.
01:18:23Don't mind if I do.
01:18:26Ray, we're getting remarried.
01:18:32Ray, we're getting remarried.
01:18:37Not in a million years.
01:18:39Ray, in case you forgot, I still own a 20% share in your company.
01:18:44So what?
01:18:45That means you have to remarry me.
01:18:47If you don't, I sell my share and you lose control of Aster Group.
01:18:52You are deranged.
01:18:55You're the one that left Violet and I.
01:18:57You have no right to come back here and demand we get remarried.
01:18:59If my family hadn't invested in you when you were penniless, you would still be a nobody.
01:19:04You're just too blinded by your stupid puppy love to think rationally.
01:19:09So you're threatening me then?
01:19:10I know you, Ray.
01:19:12You wouldn't give up your whole career just to be with this maid.
01:19:16Stop playing games.
01:19:17Here's what's going to happen.
01:19:19At the investment party, two days from now, you're going to announce to the media that we're getting remarried.
01:19:24After that, my family will increase its investments in Aster Group and we'll work together.
01:19:31Everybody wins.
01:19:35If you actually cared about this family, you wouldn't be doing this.
01:19:39Violet, if your father refuses, I'll sell my 20% share and give you the profits.
01:19:45Otherwise, only a matter of time before this maid and her son make off with our family's fortune.
01:19:52I am not after your fortune.
01:19:54What?
01:19:54You think I believe you?
01:19:58Ray, if you remarry me, we can be husband and wife in name only.
01:20:03If you want to continue screwing your janitor girlfriend on the side, I'll pretend not to know.
01:20:10Mum, don't talk like that.
01:20:12Come on.
01:20:13We're all adults.
01:20:14I'll say whatever I please.
01:20:16Just shut up, Summer.
01:20:18Shut up.
01:20:19I am done discussing this.
01:20:21Please.
01:20:22I need to be excused.
01:20:24But, you can carry on without me.
01:20:27No, no, no, no.
01:20:28Just stay.
01:20:29Stay.
01:20:29Jocelyn, I'm sorry.
01:20:31I didn't mean for it to go like this.
01:20:34It's...
01:20:36I just need some time.
01:20:46Jocelyn, I'm sorry about tonight.
01:20:49I know you must be angry, but I just...
01:20:50I want you to know that I understand and I'm here for you.
01:20:55Ray, you should do what's best for your company.
01:20:57Well, what does that mean?
01:21:02We are both old enough to know that love is fleeting.
01:21:06It is.
01:21:08I mean, life happens.
01:21:10Reality sets in.
01:21:11And that flame that just burns so bright.
01:21:14It goes away.
01:21:16My love for you is never going to go away.
01:21:19You can't let Summer's words get to your head.
01:21:22It's not that.
01:21:23It's not that.
01:21:26At this point in my life, I am just...
01:21:29I'm so tired.
01:21:30I just don't want to fight anymore.
01:21:31I don't want to struggle anymore.
01:21:33I just...
01:21:33I am perfectly happy going back to my old existence.
01:21:37It's so much easier.
01:21:40This dream that we have been living is temporary.
01:21:46Living this temporary dream with you.
01:21:49It's been enough.
01:21:53You're really enough.
01:21:58I can't let you throw everything away from me.
01:22:01I can't.
01:22:02I just...
01:22:02I'd spend the rest of my days carrying that guilt,
01:22:04and I just can't do it.
01:22:05I would never let you feel guilty about that.
01:22:08The only way to absolve me of it is...
01:22:11just let me leave.
01:22:13This can't be what you want, is it?
01:22:17Ray, this has been a dream.
01:22:18It has, but we have to wake up.
01:22:22I have to wake up.
01:22:24If you care about me, if you really care,
01:22:28just let me go.
01:22:29Come to the investment banquet with me in two days.
01:22:32Okay, I could use your support,
01:22:33and I'm going to make a major announcement.
01:22:36No, you shouldn't.
01:22:36I don't belong in a place like that.
01:22:38Yes, you do.
01:22:39Yes, you do.
01:22:41Please.
01:22:43I want us to have at least one last dance together.
01:22:48Okay.
01:22:58We are here at the Aster Group's banquet.
01:23:01This one is rumored to be extra special
01:23:03because Mr. Aster might make an announcement
01:23:05that could change the fate of the company forever.
01:23:08Stay tuned.
01:23:11Look who just walked in.
01:23:13What is she doing?
01:23:14Wow, what are you wearing?
01:23:16Jocelyn, right?
01:23:17Aren't you Violet's new stepmom?
01:23:19Yes, I am.
01:23:21You guys are?
01:23:23None of your business.
01:23:25You must have some hidden talents, Granny.
01:23:27You're doing pretty well for a maid.
01:23:30God, look at how old and frail you are.
01:23:34You must have used all sorts of shady tricks
01:23:37just to get in his bed.
01:23:38It's okay, girl.
01:23:40She's getting older by the second,
01:23:42and even old guys prefer young girls these days.
01:23:45We're in a whole different league than she is.
01:23:48Yeah.
01:23:51And even old guys prefer young girls these days.
01:23:55We're in a whole different league than she is.
01:23:57Yeah.
01:23:58It was a pleasure.
01:24:01How did this filthy maid
01:24:03get into such an exclusive party?
01:24:07I'm here as Ray's wife.
01:24:11No one's buying that.
01:24:14In the eyes of everyone here,
01:24:16I'm his wife.
01:24:17And you're just the mistress.
01:24:20Hey, Granny.
01:24:21Rule number one,
01:24:22at this party,
01:24:24no poor people allowed.
01:24:26So show us your invitation letter
01:24:28or get out.
01:24:29I don't need a letter.
01:24:31Ray invited me.
01:24:33You're fooling no one.
01:24:35Ray and I are getting remarried.
01:24:38So you must just be here
01:24:40to find some other rich guy to sleep with.
01:24:42Now scram
01:24:43before I call security on your ass.
01:24:46Get out of here, Granny.
01:24:48Granny, you're embarrassing yourself.
01:24:51Go.
01:24:52Out.
01:24:53Get out of here.
01:24:54Don't touch her.
01:24:58Don't touch her.
01:25:03She's my plus one.
01:25:06You invited her.
01:25:08Remember our agreement.
01:25:09If you go back on your word,
01:25:11you're going down.
01:25:12I'm well aware of that summer.
01:25:14Out of my way.
01:25:18I'm sorry.
01:25:19God, you look so beautiful tonight.
01:25:22Can I have this first dance?
01:25:25Just one.
01:25:26And then I'm leaving.
01:25:28Okay.
01:25:42I'm so happy you showed up.
01:25:45I'm happy you're happy
01:25:46because I was not sure.
01:25:47I know, I know.
01:26:12You said you'd stay for my announcement.
01:26:14Please.
01:26:20Good evening, everyone.
01:26:22It is my honor to introduce to you
01:26:24the CEO of Aster Group,
01:26:25Ray Aster,
01:26:27who has a special announcement
01:26:28to share with you.
01:26:36Thank you, everybody.
01:26:38Thank you.
01:26:39Thank you all for being here tonight.
01:26:41This is a big night for Aster.
01:26:45It's a big night for me.
01:26:48And I'd like to thank my beautiful daughter, Violet,
01:26:51for being here to support her dad.
01:26:54As many of you know,
01:26:56I put my blood, sweat, and tears
01:26:59into building Aster into a successful company.
01:27:02And there are many people
01:27:04who helped me along the way
01:27:06who I'd like to thank.
01:27:09And first among them
01:27:12is Summer Harris.
01:27:14He's about to announce
01:27:16that we're getting remarried.
01:27:17Oh, my God.
01:27:19Congratulations.
01:27:23I'd like to thank Summer Harris
01:27:25for abandoning my daughter and I
01:27:29when we were at our lowest point.
01:27:34And because of her,
01:27:36I was able to truly experience
01:27:38what it's like to hit rock bottom.
01:27:41And out of this difficult time,
01:27:43I found the strength to rise up,
01:27:46fight,
01:27:47and build Aster into what it is today.
01:27:50However,
01:27:52thanks to Summer,
01:27:55I lost faith
01:27:56in finding love.
01:28:01And my heart turned cold
01:28:04and I shut myself off.
01:28:05And this lasted a while.
01:28:08Years, really.
01:28:11until I met her.
01:28:14A kind, beautiful woman
01:28:16who shone a ray of light
01:28:18into my darkness
01:28:19and gave me the courage
01:28:21to love again.
01:28:23And now,
01:28:26I'm willing to give up
01:28:27everything I have
01:28:28as long as it means
01:28:30I get to live the rest
01:28:31of my life with her.
01:28:35Jocelyn West,
01:28:37you are the most
01:28:39the most stunning woman
01:28:40in this room.
01:28:41And I love you.
01:28:44And all I ask
01:28:45is that you give me
01:28:46another chance.
01:28:55Jocelyn West,
01:29:02will you marry me
01:29:03again?
