00:00We've noticed as a shire that the Commonwealth's commentary and other commentary has been at two refineries in Australia
00:07and they're large scale. Obviously, Erevinga is much smaller, but it is a refinery.
00:12So we've been in Canberra this week and mentioning every opportunity we can get,
00:16as well as raising it directly with Queensland Treasurer's office who's managing it at a state level as well.
00:22And they're well aware and we've been in contact with IOR as well.
00:25So we know that it is a smaller plant.
00:28Nonetheless, it's a refinery. It's only operating at half capacity because of the lack of oil flowing into the facility.
00:35And that's a combination of a lack of, I guess, exploration and extension to available wells.
00:41They need the production companies to be granted access to convert to production licenses and find ample supplies there.
00:50But there's extra capacity to be brought into that facility if need be as well.
00:54It produces some of the Queensland and Australia's cleanest diesel.
00:58So right now, the diesel that they generate actually goes to underground mining primarily because of the low emission diesel
01:04that it creates.
01:05So that's its main focus in what it's helping support continuing to operate.
01:11But any opportunity to expand that and increase refinery production in the shire would be welcomed as well
01:17because it's straight to that businesses and economic opportunities for the shire as well.
