01:08Well, a setback, probably the biggest.
01:10I had a setback when I finished playing football.

01:13Insomuch as I finished playing and I didn't know what I was going to do with my life, really.
01:18We had no real money because there was no money in the game when I played all them years.

01:28You know, where do I go from here?
01:29It's like, it's a panicky, terrible time in your life.
01:32And I tried to buy a Bournemouth taxi.

01:39And I went to the bank and pleaded with the bank manager and they wouldn't lend me the money.
01:43So I couldn't buy the taxi.
01:45£15,000, we never had it.
01:47I couldn't get it.
01:48A couple of months later, I'd get asked to go to America and I'd go out to the States and
01:53get into coaching and that's where you get breaks, don't you?
01:56Really?
01:57If I'd have bought that taxi, I'd have still been driving that taxi now in Bournemouth.
02:00It'd have been my life forever.
02:02I mean, just think about that.
02:04If the bank manager had lent him the £15,000, he would never have that career managing football teams like
02:10West Ham and Tottenham.
02:12And the universe unravels in very mysterious ways, doesn't it?
02:16What about you, Mo?
02:17Yeah, I got selected to go to Run for Great Britain in 2008 Beijing Olympics.
02:23And I was training going really well and I was training with some of the Kenyan guys at the time.
02:28And I thought I was doing everything right.
02:31But then turned up in training, I just kind of pushed a little bit too hard.
02:36And then turned up in a race, the race went well, going through.
02:40And then when they changed pace, I just couldn't go with them.
02:44And then, you know, I'm watching numbers, top four, cold fight.
02:47And then I'm in fourth and then somebody else passed with me, somebody else passed with me.
02:52So I ended up finishing seventh.
02:56And I just remember going, you know what?
02:58Oh, my God, not cold fight for me was probably one of the hardest things.
03:02Because I was just like, at that point, I was in such a bad state.
03:05I just didn't know whether I was going to carry on or not.
03:09Yeah.
03:10So, and then from there, looking back is probably the best thing that could happen.
03:14Because you taught me values, lessons about yourself, what you can and can't do.
03:19And then that gave me four years to prepare for the next Olympics.
03:24Yeah.
03:24Which then, you know, in London, the way it happened was just like, wow.
03:29Let's just say you were fully prepared.
03:31Fully prepared.
03:32The rest is history.
03:33I'll probably say that.
03:34And a legend was made.
03:36Absolutely.
03:38It takes that hard work, doesn't it, you know?
03:40Yeah.
03:41We're the era of, you know, tits and teeth, you know, where no matter what's going on, it's always, you

03:48So I thought it was amazing that people were willing to share.
03:52You kind of feel like so proud of everyone, you know, how they've come through, how they are now.
03:58So it was, you know, it was amazing.

04:04Something that's happened to you that you thought was a setback, but it's really turned out to be a blessing
04:08in the end.
04:10Erm, yeah, when I first moved back up north, erm, and was like a big girl in my own house
04:18when I was 20 years.
04:20Erm, it was like at the time when I was in a lot of press, like, you know, and you
04:26know what they like.
04:27They like to try and get a scoop or a story.
04:29And there was one paparazzi in my garden, and he was trying to, like, take photos through my kitchen window.
04:37And obviously I was 28, it was a little bit scary.
04:40I was like, ooh.
04:41Erm, so then I rang the local police station.
04:44I was like, hi, there's someone taking pictures through my window, like, can you help?
04:50And they were like, oh, yeah, well, it's an immediate, we'll send someone over now.
04:54And they sent two police officers over.
04:56And one of those police officers is now the dad to my baby and who I'm getting married to.
05:03No way.
05:04That's good.
05:06That's mastered.
05:07Such a good story.
05:08That worked out quite well, really.
05:13Each person's story was really heartfelt and really touching.
05:22And then that makes you closer to that person who's just shared that story.
05:30Absolutely love that.

21:36and place the cog on top of the box.
21:38Only when the cog's on the box
21:40can your partner start working on retrieving the next cog.
21:43There are five cogs to collect.
21:46The first three pairs to complete the course
21:49and blow their vuvuzela are safe from elimination.
21:53The pair in last place will leave immediately.
21:58You can stop the trial at any time by saying,
