00:00Alif Lam Mim
00:08These are the verses of the Wise Book
00:12Guidance and mercy for the benefactors
00:17Those who establish prayer and give zakat, and of the Hereafter they are certain
00:29Those are guided by their Lord, and those are the successful ones.
00:38And among the people are those who buy idle talk to mislead [others] from the way of Allah without knowledge and who take it in ridicule.
00:52Those will have a humiliating punishment.
00:57And when Our verses are recited to him, he is arrogant, as if he did not hear them, as if there was deafness in his ears.
01:12So give him the tidings of a painful punishment.
01:16Those who believe and do righteous deeds will have gardens of bliss.
01:25They will abide therein eternally. God's promise is true, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
01:33He created the heavens without pillars that you can see.
01:40And He placed firm mountains on the earth so that it would not shake with you.
01:47And He dispersed therein every kind of creature, and We sent down rain from the sky and caused to grow therein every noble pair.
02:09This is the creation of God. So show me what those besides Him have created. Rather, the wrongdoers are in manifest error.
02:25And We gave Luqman wisdom, [saying], "Be grateful to God." And whoever is grateful is only grateful for [the benefit of] himself. And whoever is ungrateful - then indeed, God is Most High, Most Praiseworthy.
02:43And when Luqman said to his son, while advising him, “O my son, do not associate anything with God. Indeed, associating others with God is a great injustice.”
02:57And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years.
03:09Give thanks to Me and to your parents, for to Me is the final destination.
03:15But if they strive to make you associate with God that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in this world with kindness.
03:30Follow the path of those who turn to Him in repentance. Then to Me is your return, and I will inform you of what you used to do.
03:44O my son, if it were to be even a mustard seed, and were to be in a rock, or in the heavens, or in the earth, it would come
04:04God is with her
04:06God is Subtle and All-Aware
04:11O my son, establish prayer, enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and be patient over what befalls you. Indeed, that is of the matters [requiring] determination.
04:32Do not be arrogant towards people, nor walk exultantly on the earth.
04:39God does not love the boastful and arrogant.
04:46Walk slowly and lower your voice, for the most disagreeable of sounds is the braying of donkeys.
04:59Have you not seen that God has subjected to you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and has bestowed upon you His blessings, both apparent and hidden?
05:14And among the people are those who dispute about God without knowledge, guidance, or an enlightening scripture.
05:30And when it is said to them, "Follow what God has revealed," they say, "Rather, we will follow that which we found our fathers doing."
05:44If Satan were to call them to the torment of Hellfire
05:51And whoever submits himself to God while doing good has grasped the most trustworthy handhold
06:02And to God belongs the outcome of all matters.
06:08And whoever submits himself to God while doing good has grasped the most trustworthy handhold
06:20And to God belongs the outcome of all matters.
06:24And whoever disbelieves, do not grieve over his disbelief.
06:30To Us is their return, and We will bring them back to account for what they have done.
06:36God knows what is in the hearts.
06:42We give them a little pleasure, then force them into severe torment.
06:54If you were to ask them who created the heavens and the earth, they would surely say, "God."
07:04Say, "Praise be to God," but most of them do not know.
07:11To God belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth.
07:15God is the Self-Sufficient, the Praiseworthy
07:21If all the trees on earth were pens
07:27And the sea is replenished by seven more seas.
07:33God's words never run out
07:36God is Almighty and Wise
07:41Your creation and resurrection are but as one soul.
07:48God is All-Hearing, All-Seeing
07:54Do you not see that God causes the night to enter into the day and causes the day to enter into the night?
08:05And He subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term.
08:16And God is All-Aware of what you do.
08:23That is because God is the Truth
08:28And that which they invoke besides Him is falsehood
08:33And that God is the Most High, the Great
08:40Do you not see that the ships sail through the sea by the grace of God?
08:47To show you some of His signs
08:51Indeed, in that are signs for every patient, grateful person.
08:59And if a wave like a shadow covers them
09:04Call upon God, sincerely devoting your religion to Him.
09:07When He brought them safely to shore, some of them were moderate.
09:17None deny Our signs except every treacherous ingrate
09:27O mankind, fear your Lord
09:34And fear a Day when no father will be able to pay for his son
09:41And no child was born and passed on to his father in any way
09:47God's promise is true.
09:51So do not be deceived by worldly life.
09:56And let not the deceiver deceive you concerning God.
10:02God has knowledge of the Hour.
10:08And He sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombs.
10:14No soul knows what it will earn tomorrow.
10:26No soul knows in what land it will die.
10:34God is All-Knowing, All-Aware
