00:00Qaf and the Glorious Qur'an
00:06But they were astonished that a warner had come to them from among themselves.
00:14The disbelievers said, "This is a strange thing."
00:20When we have died and become dust, that is a far return.
00:28We know what the earth lacks of them, and with us is a preserved record.
00:37But they denied the truth when it came to them, so they are in a confused state.
00:48Have they not looked at the sky above them, how We constructed it and adorned it, and how it has no rifts?
01:02And We spread out the earth and placed therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein every kind of beautiful plant.
01:15A reminder and a lesson for every repentant servant
01:22And We sent down blessed water from the sky
01:32So we grew in gardens and harvested grain.
01:39And tall date palms with clustered fruit
01:46sustenance for the servants
01:50And through it We revived the town of Meta
01:55Likewise exit
01:58The people of Noah, the companions of the well, and Thamud denied the truth before them.
02:05And Pharaoh and the brothers of death returned
02:11The people of the thicket and the people of Tubba', all
02:16The messengers lied, so the threat was justified.
02:20Did we not see the first creation?
02:24Rather, they are confused about a new creation.
02:30And We have created man and know what his soul whispers to him.
02:37And We are closer to him than his jugular vein.
02:43As the two purifiers are purified, one on the right and one on the left, sitting
02:51Every word uttered is recorded by a vigilant observer.
02:59And the agony of death came with the truth
03:08That is what I was trying to avoid.
03:13And the trumpet will be blown; that is the Day of the Threat.
03:18Every soul will come with a driver and a witness
03:28I was oblivious to this.
03:33We have removed your veil from you.
03:38Your sight today is sharp.
03:42His companion said, "This is what I have prepared."
03:47Throw into Hell every stubborn disbeliever
03:54Preventing good is a suspicious and aggressive act.
04:00He who associates others with God, cast him into severe punishment.
04:09His companion said, "Our Lord, I did not cause him to transgress, but he was in extreme error."
04:20He said, “Do not dispute before me, for I have already warned you.”
04:29What I say is not unjust to many.
04:38On the Day We will say to Hell, “Are you full?” and it will say
04:44And she asks, "Is there more?"
04:49And Paradise will be brought near to the righteous, not far off.
04:56This is what you were promised
05:00This is what you are promised to every repentant, mindful servant.
05:06He who fears the Most Merciful unseen and comes with a repentant heart
05:15Enter it in peace; that is the Day of Eternity.
05:22They will have whatever they wish therein, and with Us is more.
05:30And how many generations did We destroy before them?
05:36They are more powerful than them.
05:40So they searched throughout the land, asking if there was any escape.
05:46Indeed, in that is a reminder for whoever has a heart.
05:52Or he listened attentively while he was a witness.
05:56And We have created the heavens and the earth and what is between them.
06:03In six days, and we were not tired.
06:09So be patient with what they say
06:17And glorify the praises of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting.
06:24And glorify God during the night and after prostration
06:30And listen on the Day when the caller calls from a nearby place
06:38On the Day they will hear the cry of truth
06:42That is the day of departure
06:46Indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and to Us is the final destination.
06:52On the Day when the earth will split open, revealing them hastily.
06:57That is a simple matter for us.
07:02We know what they are saying.
07:08We know what they are saying.
07:11And you are not a tyrant over them.
07:16So remind those who fear the threat of the Quran.
