00:00Recently, President Joe Biden was giving a press briefing
00:02addressing the spate of unidentified objects which were discovered and shot out of the sky over the U.S.
00:08During the statement, he said he expects to have a call with China's President Xi Jinping soon
00:12about the Chinese-made spy balloon that caused the initial stir.
00:15Then, as he closed his notes and began to walk away, this happened.
00:24Reporters began asking a multitude of questions on different topics all at once,
00:28seemingly surprising the president.
00:30Questions ranged from the war in Ukraine and Biden's planned trip to Poland
00:33on the one-year anniversary of Russia's invasion,
00:35as well as whether or not shooting down the balloons was an overreaction due to political pressure.
00:40However, barely audible amongst the reporters shouting questions,
00:43one particular query caught the president's attention.
00:45One reporter asked, quote,
00:47Are you compromised by your family's business relationships in China?
00:50To which Biden responded thusly,
00:52There has been criticism.
00:54Moments later, the president left, telling the other reporters they can come to his office and, quote,
00:58Ask a question when you have more polite people.
