00:03Hello, join us as we go live to Venezuela. Acting President Delsi Rodriguez is offering
00:08statements at this very moment. Let's listen. Well, this shows the spirit, the true spirit
00:21of competence given to our country and they are given the great name of Venezuela with
00:33their exports. Precisely now we come from the maritime walk and in that walk we gave instructions
00:48to the sectoral vice president and the minister of transport of the recovery of the port of
00:56Moaco for the connectivity of Falcone with the Caribbean of the Antilles, of the Netherlands
01:07IT Antilles. And listening to you we said we have no fear for problems, we face problems
01:17and we accompany our people in their problems. Here with the motive of the 500 years of the
01:27city, the most antique city of Venezuela, we are going to prepare a presidential resolution
01:38for the attention of public services in water, electricity, dieted gas and tourism and economic
01:47development and remarkable work for the city that we are going to decide along with you.
01:54This presidential commission is installed immediately. Next year when the city of Cordo
02:03fulfills and marks its 500 years. We have something beautiful to give to the city and to the people
02:09of Cordo. I want to greet the military authorities and other military leaders who are accompanying us here.
02:21I know about the efforts that our military institution and the citizen security do to preserve peace and
02:29stability and the civilian protection in this context in the state of Cordo and at a national level.
02:37And listening to you, Pavares, I have an inspiration for the pilgrimage. I invite all of Venezuelans,
02:48I know when every country is united, without distinction, I don't see Venezuelans as enemies. We must unite ourselves, our
02:58songs, our prayers, our things, our thoughts to have Venezuela free from sanctions and to fulfil the national union.
03:08when a people is united that is principal weapon there is no way that from abroad
03:18can be permitted an aggression with the people is united and i think that those are lessons that
03:24left for us january 3rd today we had the regretful news of the passing of a colonel who was in
03:33combat
03:34on january 3rd honor and glory for our combatants of january 3rd but that wound that we have in our
03:45country we have to heal it among all and with all and for me pilgrimage fills me with emotions
03:53give me cheers and i don't see see it as a confrontation i see it as the opposite i see
04:02how we are uniting amongst brothers and sisters and i didn't came here searching for votes i'm not
04:10interested in that i want the union for venezuela and i want the peace for venezuela the coexistence
04:17of venezuelans women and men and if god has given me this task i assume it with humbleness and with
04:28great responsibility of what it means to sustain the peace of a country the tranquility of a people
04:33and to achieve and to reach prosperity of our homeland we know the harm that has done for our country
04:42the
04:42sanctions and the blockade against whole generations our grandparents our grand have been very hardly hit
04:51due to sanctions the working class of venezuela those are millions of girls and boys have burned burned
05:00on their sanctions and we cannot air to them a sanction nation and that is why this struggle must be
05:07from all no one must be left behind from this beautiful battle from this is the battle that inspires
05:16that for us to be able to say to our children and grandchildren i'm handing over to you a venezuela
05:23free
05:23from sanctions what a beautiful spiritual impulse which is not material henesis have spoke about that
05:31is because they try to sanction our identity our joyfulness and what they will never be able to
05:38sanction is faith the faith of our people but they never going to be able to sanction is our diverse
05:45culture
05:46here they are the drums of falcon that resound with the struggle of jose leonardo chirino here is
05:54the three color flag of our francisco de miranda and here it is the story of josefa camejo that what
06:02the josefa camejo didn't do for independence she was a venezolan woman who assumed that it was the role
06:12of women in independence in the process of independence today it is our duty and we need to do this
06:20humble
06:21humbly but we i hope that the pilgrimage for falcon maintains and do not remain governor and victor club
06:30please there's must be no it's not a single space of falcon without joining this prayer let's work
06:38together it is healthy for our spirit and for also for our mind our peace of minds that from political
06:47parties from different perspectives we can understand each other speak to each other with respect and with
06:53tenderness i feel tenderness for those who take part from a different political party but we found
07:02each other from the brotherness i thank you for your words i also want to share some information
07:10you know that recently we recover our representation in the international monetary fund and there
07:17i said that it was a victory of our diplomacy that is recovering assets that are frozen
07:27that have been taken from venezuela but on march march 15th of 2020 president nicolas maduro wrote a letter
07:38to the director of the international monetary fund crystalina george eva precisely speaking about resources
07:46that were for attending the pandemic and then for venezuela to access the resources that were assigned for
07:54our nation though that was an in the 2020 but after that several women's and in several dialogues that we
08:04have had between the sector of bolivarianism and chavism and the opposition in venezuela in barbados and
08:13also in mexico and qatar it was included also agreements huge agreements for the access of special
08:22rights of venezuela to take to act to access the international monetary fund those agreements were not
08:29respected but now i have to share this information today i spoke to the general director of the
08:35international monetary fund dr christian christian christiana george eva and i precisely speak to her
08:45about the necessity that for venezuela to access to its special rights of five million
08:53five million of dollars to recover vital infrastructure electricity water this state also needs this
09:02also needs this and we have the project very clear and we know what to do with those resources and
09:09i
09:09explained to her venezuela knows what to do responsibly with its located resources and its frozen assets
09:18not just in the imf but also in other countries are gold in the united kingdom for example and that
09:23we
09:24can use it for public services juan jose so we can use it to offer stability macroeconomic stability to
09:31our economy for the stability of our currency and the exchange rate and for us to recover the income of
09:39the working class of the working people that's a responsible way i'd explain it in which venezuela wants
09:46to use those resources so this diplomatic battle never we can never surrender in this matter on march 15th
09:572020 and now april 2026 we can never be defeated this is the lesson you can never surrender when the
10:08supreme objective is our republic is our homeland and it's our people here we have to be in the first
10:15in
10:15the forefront for the battle for the defense of our supreme interest so i called i called for the
10:24people of the state of falcon to join this pilgrimage and from here we keep inviting you the whole people
