00:12As such, the President says the government is exhausting all legal means to bring him back
00:16and hold him into account for his allegedly big-time involvement in the flood control project scam.

00:28Malacanang has assured that the fugitive and former representative Zal Diko will be given protection once he is brought back
00:34to the country.
00:35The palace emphasized that his rights will be upheld even though he is being named as one of those allegedly
00:40behind corruption in flood control projects.
00:43The government will always assure the safety and the needed protection to be given to Zal Diko.
00:49However, Malacanang pointed out that it must first be proven whether the former lawmaker is facing any death threats.

01:03So, tingin ko dapat doon muna eh kasi there's no basis.
01:07But there will be lacking of basis if you cannot prove that death threats against Zal Diko.

01:18Kasi how can you assure somebody na hindi ka mapapariwara pag-belgong sa Pilipinas kung wala naman death threats?
01:24The palace also maintained that Coe has been arrested, contrary to the claim of Attorney Harry Roque that it was
01:30supposedly fake news.
01:32This was firmly rebutted by Malacanang.
