00:00Something I found interesting listening to interviews of the recent astronauts who have been up in space
00:06is the perspective on the world and Earth from space.
00:13We're all living to a degree in our own little bubble.
00:15We're all so focused on our everyday life and whatever project we may be working towards.
00:20And that is the thing that consumes us the most.
00:23And that's the thing you think is the most important thing in the world to everybody.
00:26And then suddenly when you zoom out and you get that perspective from space
00:30you realise we're just a little dot in the ocean.
00:36Feeling great ahead of Miami of course has been for us as a team an amazing start to the year.
00:41For me personally it started off really really well.
00:43Had a challenging race in Japan but it's a hell of a long season.
00:48And the most important thing is we've got a really good package beneath us.
00:51I'm feeling good, feeling confident.
00:52This small mini-brake has been a good reset and I'm ready to go for it again.
00:59Well I think for so long we've had such an amazing group of engineers and designers
01:03and I think the previous set of rules for us in Formula 1 we just struggled to get on top
01:09of.
01:10And this new set of regulations, this new car, this new engine
01:13is more aligned to what we know as a team and probably suiting our strengths.
01:20And I think this belief of wanting to get Mercedes back on top
01:27is what's really propelled us to this point in time.
01:31I really enjoy the circuit in Miami.
01:32It's fast, it's flowing.
01:34Then you have that really tight section towards the end of the track.
01:37Usually lots of good overtaking opportunities, it's hot.
01:42There's been a lot of potential bad weather around in the years gone by
01:46but it's always seemingly just missed us.
01:48So that's also something that can play a part in Miami.
01:53Yeah, it's great having Kimi as my teammate of course.
01:55An incredibly quick driver and he's shown that ever since.
01:58We've been teammates throughout last year
02:00and of course this year has been an incredibly perfect start of the year for him.
02:05And of course I'm looking forward to trying to fight again with him in the upcoming races.
02:09But I think all of us at that age, you've got so much excitement, motivation
02:14for everything that's ahead.
02:17And yeah, it reminds, you know, I remember when I was 19 years old
02:22and pursuing a dream which I'm still pursuing today
02:25which is to become a Formula World Champion.
