00:07come about so when i was five years old i just started kindergarten and i had severe like
00:14attachment issues to my mom i had anxiety really bad so i would literally cry all day every day in
00:20kindergarten and one day this man came around with a guitar and he sat us around in a circle
00:25he was the artist in residence and he played puff the magic dragon for us
00:31excuse me and i remember going home that day and telling my mom i really like mr wilson i'd really
00:37like to play the guitar and she was like anything to get you to stop crying all day so she
00:42signed me
00:42up for lessons the next day um he didn't have a guitar that was small enough to fit me so

00:46out with a fiddle oh my god cute and then from there i played this variety show in eastern kentucky
00:51every weekend it was called the rent fro valley barn dance and it's kind of like a miniature
00:56opry they had like a house band and they had variety perfect for the tv show we're gonna create
