00:14downpour began at 2 p.m., resulting in a flow of mudwaters onto the Ringlet Main Road. He said the
00:21runoff from hilly areas surged onto the main road, causing flash floods. He said, however,
00:27the situation remained under control and the waters fully receded by around 4 p.m. He said
00:33while no casualties were reported, two police reports had been lodged regarding vehicles that
00:39were washed away by strong currents. Authorities had cleared most of the roads and sites affected by the floods.
