02:23In her previous life, she was the daughter of a high European noble,
02:27and she was extraordinary.
02:29Through pure talent, effort, and calculated strategy,
02:33she rose to become a behind-the-scenes ruler of Europe.
02:37A shadow power.
02:39Someone who controlled governments and economies
02:41without ever sitting on a throne herself.
02:44But the way she chose to rule?
02:46Dictatorship.
02:48Control.
02:49Domination.
02:50She believed that order required an iron hand,
02:53and she imposed her will on the world around her.
02:56She even married as part of her political strategy.
02:59She lived that way her entire life and died of old age.

04:17That makes her terrifying in a way that's much more interesting than a simple I-want-power villain.
04:23Now the episode does something brilliant.
04:25It cuts from the heavy, serious villain backstory directly into pure comedy gold.
04:29And this tonal whiplash works perfectly.
04:32Because while Mariabelle has been out here building a shadow empire using mind control since infancy,
04:37Rimuru's team in the dungeon is an absolute disaster.
04:42Here's the setup.
04:43To deal with Team Green Fury inside the dungeon without revealing Tempest's most powerful cards,
04:48Rimuru came up with a plan.
04:50He, along with Ramirez, Veldora, and Milim, would take on temporary avatar bodies.
04:56Magical constructs they can control while inside the labyrinth,
04:59so they can personally intercept and stop the threat.
05:02Sounds great in theory.
05:04In practice, complete chaos.
05:08These temporary avatar bodies are low-level,
05:10significantly weaker than their actual forms,
05:13and are four incredibly overpowered characters,
05:16including a literal ancient dragon and a demon lord,
05:20are completely disoriented trying to operate at a fraction of their usual power.
05:25Their coordination is terrible.
05:27Their fighting styles clash constantly.
05:43The scene where they confront a group of adventurers on the 30th floor and immediately spiral into complete disorder is
05:51one of the funniest moments in Tensura this season.
05:54These are four of the most powerful beings in the world and they look like absolute beginners in these bodies.
06:01The reality check lands hard.
06:04They need to train.
06:05These avatar forms are not a shortcut.
06:08They require real coordination and teamwork.
06:12So, Rimuru does what Rimuru does.
06:15He identifies the problem and solves it.
06:18He goes to Kurobe, the master blacksmith of Tempest, and commissions proper armor and weapons specifically designed and calibrated for
06:26these avatar forms.
06:28Equipment built to maximize what these bodies can actually do rather than trying to fight like their original powerful selves.
06:36Kurobe delivers.
06:38The armor is impressive even at this reduced tier.
06:41And with the right gear, the four of them head back into the dungeon and start training properly.
06:47Floor by floor, working their way upward, building chemistry,
06:51learning how to move and fight as a coordinated unit in these specific forms.
06:57It's a classic training montage.
07:00But what makes it land is the personality dynamics.
07:04Veldora showing off even when he shouldn't.
07:07Milim treating everything like a game.
07:10Ramirez overcompensating for her tiny form with massive enthusiasm.
07:15And Rimuru slowly, patiently, bringing them all into sync.
07:20By the time they're ready, they are genuinely formidable.

07:38Deep in the dungeon and clearly expecting to push through just like every other floor.
07:44Their captain Ayn is confident and commanding.
07:47They're a well-coordinated team that has handled every challenge the dungeon threw at them so far.
07:53And then, the dungeon throws them something they didn't plan for.
07:57The floor is immediately flooded with acidic slime monsters.
08:01A tactical ambush designed to disorient and split the team.
08:06Green Fury fights through them, carving a path.
08:09But while they're focused on the slime monsters, Rimuru's avatar team springs the real trap.
08:16One by one, each member of Team Green Fury is taken out by Rimuru's crew.
08:22Ramirez, Milim, Veldora.
08:25Each picking off their targets with the precision and teamwork they built during training.
08:30It's clean, efficient, and enormously satisfying after two episodes of build-up.
08:37The final confrontation is between Rimuru and Ayn, Team Green Fury's captain.
08:43Rimuru, cornering Ayn, reaches into a type of magic he doesn't often use.

08:50And takes out the remaining members in one decisive move.
