00:00Israeli forces have accused Hezbollah of violating the temporary ceasefire after militants crossed
00:06what they call a yellow line in southern Lebanon.

00:16quote, an immediate threat, and that actions were taken in self-defense.

00:45arrests.
00:48Lebanon's Prime Minister has ordered an immediate investigation and Hezbollah ally Naveeb
00:53Barry has condemned the deadly attack.
01:02Two gunboats from Iran's Revolutionary Guard opened fire on a tanker transiting the Strait
01:09of Hormuz on Saturday, the British military reported.
01:12The captain of the tanker said they opened fire without issuing a radio challenge, the
01:18United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations said.
01:21This came after Iran said on Saturday it had reimposed strict management and control by
01:27the armed forces on the vital waterway.
01:30They warned the waterway would continue to be blocked as long as the US upheld its blockade.
01:36The announcement came after US President Donald Trump said the blockade will remain in full
01:41force until Tehran reaches a deal with the US, including on its nuclear program.
01:47On Friday, Tehran had reopened the Strait to commercial vessels.
01:52Roughly one-fifth of the world's oil passes through the Strait and further limits would squeeze
01:58already constrained supply, driving prices higher once again.
02:02Trump told reporters that Tehran had agreed to hand over its enriched uranium, a key sticking
02:08point in negotiations.
02:10But Tehran, however, denied the claims, saying its stockpile was not going anywhere.
02:19All three Hungarian parties reported constructive talks following discussions in Parliament on
02:25Friday regarding preparations for the inaugural session that was swearing a new government.
02:30Peter Maia, president of the TISA party, which won the election, said it would give opposition
02:36parties more opportunities in parliamentary positions and committees.
02:41Maia, who welcomed an EU delegation to Budapest for informal high-stakes talks centering on how
02:47Hungary could still draw down EU funds before the august deadline, announced the Jerusalem oil
02:53pipeline could restart next week.
02:55I'm a konstruktivtárgyalásra számítok.
02:58It's not easy, because it's very heavy time.
02:59The government, the government, the government,
03:01the government, the government,
03:02it's a few things to do,
03:03but they don't have to do it.
03:05It's three years ago,
03:07they were able to do these things,
03:09which happened in the 26 countries.
03:13We have a lot of problems in August 31st,
03:17it's a billion euros,
03:19and it's a billion euros,
03:19and it's a billion euros,
03:25and it's a billion euros,

03:41Bulgaria will on Sunday hold
03:43its eighth parliamentary elections
03:45in five years,
03:46with former president Roman Radev's new party
03:49leading polls in a vote.
03:51Many hope will end
03:53the now-chronic political instability.
03:55According to the latest polls,
03:58Radev's progressive Bulgaria coalition,
04:00formed in December,
04:02leads with 33% support,
04:04positioning him as a key power broker
04:07in what is expected to be
04:09another fragmented parliament.
04:11The election follows five years
04:14of near-permanent crisis
04:15in which no government has survived a full term.
04:20Instead,
04:21the country has cycled through
04:22caretaker administrations,
04:24fragile coalitions,
04:26and short-lived alliances
04:27that have often collapsed amid scandal.
04:30The elections also come
04:32after that of Hungary,
04:34which ended Prime Minister Viktor Orban's
04:3616-year rule last weekend,
04:39and showed that change is possible
04:41anywhere in Europe.
04:42But analysts fear Radev,
04:45an admirer of Orban,
04:46could be the EU's next disruptor in chief.
