00:00Cam, you've had some turnovers at coach, obviously.
00:02The team got off to a slow start, new guys, new system,
00:05a lot of unknowns out there.
00:07What type of job do you think Marco Sturm did once his system got in play
00:12and they understood it as the season went on?
00:14How was he done for you?
00:16Well, that's a great point about the system.
00:17I mean, we came out of camp and had a strong start.
00:21I think we were 3-0.
00:23And the guys, because there was a lot of practice time before we started playing.
00:26But once the season started, practice time became less and less.
00:32So it's harder to show guys on video what they need to do on the ice.
00:36You really need to be on the ice to do that.
00:38And, you know, that's when we faltered a little bit there.
00:41I think we lost six or seven in a row.
00:45And, you know, a lot of that had to do with the new system.
00:48And I give Marco and the coaching staff credit to stick with it.
00:51It could have been very easy to say, okay, let's go back to what they were doing.
00:55But Marco was very adamant about his system and how he wanted us to play.
01:00And the guys, you know, with more practice time
01:03and understanding what the D zone certainly looked like,
01:07you know, they picked up on it pretty quickly and did a good job.
01:12But Marco, the way he communicates with the players is key as well.
01:16You know, they have all kinds of trust in Marco and his staff.
01:20So I give, like I said, I give those guys a lot of credit
01:24for how they coached the team this year.
01:26So I give those guys a bit later.
01:27I love going to get this because there's a lot of people I Brown said.
01:29So I'd like you to try and ask you to take it back by,
01:29in the best position to work on a place.
01:30You can try and make it back for you..
01:30With me, I hope you have this one day.
