20:24I think that to go from doing zero to walking, at least on a regular basis, on top of the

20:31training and the cardio training that we're gonna do as well as hopefully she sticks to the diet
20:35that i gave her and stand that's it i believe that she'll be able to accomplish her goals no problem
20:42okay perfect so we have a lot of work to do but be patient with yourself and don't weigh yourself
20:50every single day because you're gonna get frustrated because you're not gonna see a change
20:53give yourself six weeks let's say then weigh yourself then don't look at it again for another
