A court has banned a Knowle pet sitter and her partner from keeping animals for seven years after footage from a family home showed dogs being mistreated. The prosecution was brought by the RSPCA after cameras captured the incidents while the owners were away.

00:36refused to pay the bill they were sent after seeing the footage and reporting what happened to the
00:41charity and police.
