00:00You're the VIP, right?
00:02You're the VIP, so enjoy this.
00:06What they need, that also leads into that stigma stuff,
00:09that leads into the multi-generational things.
00:11So now for all of you to try to navigate that without the tools,
00:14where it is so rampant, is...
00:17Every day for 10 years, I've been bullied and attacked,
00:20and I was the most trolled person in the entire world.
00:23Man, no longer. I'm still here.
00:26And so when I think of all of you and what you're experiencing,
00:29I think so much of that is having to realize that, you know,
00:33that industry, that billion-dollar industry,
00:36that is completely anchored and predicated on cruelty to get clicks,
00:41that's not going to change.
00:43So you have to be stronger than that.
00:46And a friend of mine gave me a little bag that had a quote on it that I put on.
00:52And I look at it every single day, and I would share it with you
00:55because sometimes I can imagine as you talk about depression or anxiety
00:58or the willingness or lack of appetite to even want to get out of bed or keep going.
01:06But this is the quote that it says, and I think it's important that you remember it,
01:10because I try to as well.
01:11my wish for you is that you continue, continue to be who and how you are,
01:18to astonish a mean world with your acts of kindness,
01:23and to allow humor to lighten the burden of your tender heart.
01:30And that's my wish for all of you as well.
01:32And you can do it, you can do it together.
01:33I'm not going to say it's easy.
01:35I will personally tell you it's not easy.
01:38But you can do it.
01:39And my wish for all of you is to just continue.
01:42Megan, you're going to come with me this side to this group of people?
01:45And how do you go with Erin over there?
01:48They're very spaced out.
01:50You may only have a psychologist there once a week.
01:53That's it.
01:53And obviously that's going to make...
