00:00Good morning. My name is Brian Acuna. I'm the acting field office director in
00:03the ICE New Orleans field office. We're here at the Louis Armstrong Airport in
00:07New Orleans, Louisiana. What's going to happen is we're doing a departure
00:11verification. We have a gentleman who's an alien with the final order of
00:16removal. He's actually a convicted sex offender. There had been a federal court
00:21litigation order requiring his release and we took care of that. We had let
00:26the judge know that the removal order was still in place and that this
00:30removal would still need to happen. The other side made the arrangements for
00:34this gentleman to get on the plane and go back to his country and we're here to
00:38enforce that departure. We're going to be going inside and meeting this individual.
00:43There could be some other folks with him and our staff are going to make sure
00:47that this person gets on the plane and other folks in DHS are going to help us
00:50out and ensure that this individual gets on the plane and departs back to his
00:54country. When there's a final order of removal in a case, we never quit and we
00:58never give up until the alien is lawfully removed from the United States and
01:02that's what's going to happen today through the agents are going to come
01:05over. So just wait a second, okay? They're on the other side.
01:12They're on the way over.
