02:40But when it relates to oil, it's a good thing.
02:43But they're coming to our country right now.
02:45There are many boats coming to our country.
02:47Now, it could very well be this is going to be settled before that.
02:50So we have to bear two positions.
02:51So we don't need to make sure we are having all these fools.
