00:00Who could be in the Eastern Conference Finals matchup?
00:03Do you know who leads on the Calci marketplace?
00:05It's Boston versus Cleveland at 37%.
00:08Do you know who's close involved there?
00:10Detroit versus Boston at 35%.
00:14So Boston, Cleveland, Detroit, Boston here.
00:16The commonality is people think Boston's going to be in that Eastern Conference Final, Joe.
00:21Well, again, and this goes back to what happened yesterday, crazy enough, right?
00:26So you got the Knicks now, because they lost, have to face the Hawks in the first round.
00:32And now the Cavs are going to get Toronto.
00:34And listen, no disrespect to the Raptors, but that's the weakest team coming in out of the East in the
00:41playoffs here.
00:42And yeah, that's an easy one, I think, there for the Cavs.
00:46And now they're on the opposite side of the bracket from the Celtics.
00:50So it all lines up to me.
00:52I mean, Cleveland is looking at, you know, Toronto and then likely Detroit in the first two rounds.
00:59Detroit's not going to be a cakewalk, but I do think experience matters.
01:03And that's what the Cavs have in this spot to be able to get to the Conference Finals.
01:07And that, to me, is what it's all about.
01:09You got to get there, I think, in order to be able to maximize the profits in this market, Donnie.
01:14And the Cavs will have the easier path.
01:17By the way, fading the favorites here, if we take a look at Detroit and Boston, those top two seeds,
01:21$100 investment would actually pay back $152.
01:24So, yes, you can take those guests' conference, but there's just as much money as well in those no contracts
01:29if you can find the right scenarios here.
01:31Which brings us to our next equation, our fade to public poll.
01:33We ask, who's actually going to win the Eastern Conference here?
01:35Is it Boston?
01:36Is it Detroit?
01:37Is it Cleveland?
01:38Is it a team that we're not paying attention to?
01:40Because we said the Philadelphia 76ers with Embiid would have been fun.
01:43They're not with Embiid.
01:44They're only 2%, Joe.
01:46But Boston, the favorite here by a wide margin.
01:50Yeah, by a wide, wide margin there, Donnie.
01:53And they should be.
01:54Again, experience here is what's going to matter.
01:57As good as Detroit has been, and they have been phenomenal, they're not going to be a cakewalk.
02:02You know, nobody's just going to go in and bully Detroit.
02:05But I do think when push comes to shove, Donnie, I would much rather have teams that have been there
02:11with a Donovan Mitchell, right?
02:13Or even a James Harden, as opposed to, you know, or Boston, who is, obviously has the rings and the
02:19hardware to show for it.
02:20I think likely it's going to be one of those two teams that's going to have to win it all.
02:24We'll see you in the next video.
02:24Now, let's go.
02:25Let's go.
