Police say more than four hundred county lines have been closed and eighty nine offenders jailed. Officers also seized nearly five hundred thousand pounds in criminal profits during the operation.

00:34In total, 418 drug lines were closed and 89 people jailed, including two dealers linked
00:42to a Class A line supplying Birmingham City Centre, Borsal Heath, Moseley and Sully Oak.

00:52Investigators say the so-called Frankie Line generated tens of thousands of calls and messages
00:57used to advertise drugs and prices, while in some cases vulnerable people including children
01:04and those with mental health or addiction issues were exploited to distribute substances.
