00:29especially in the Middle East and throughout the world,
00:33that ceasefires may hold.
01:03The Church is a great people in the service of reconciliation and peace,
01:09which advances without a tendency,
01:14even when the reflux of the religious logic can cost the incomprension and disprest.
01:21It announces the gospel of peace and teaches to obey God rather than human beings,
01:30especially when it comes to the infinite dignity of other human beings,
01:36as it is done by the continuous violations of international rights.
01:42It is not just about the idolatry of oneself and the money.
01:46It is not just about the exhibition of the force.
01:50It is not just about the war.
01:51The real force is manifested in serving the life.
01:56The war is a good end,
01:59and the land is cured and cultivated
02:02by those who still can generate,
02:05who can custodize,
02:07who can love the life.
02:26We come together on this Easter Saturday
02:30in response to the invitation of our Holy Father Pope Leo
02:34to join him in prayer for peace
02:37as conflicts continue in the Middle East,
02:41Lebanon, Sudan, Ukraine, Yemen,
02:45and other countries throughout the world.
02:49My brothers and sisters in Christ,
02:52Pope Leo has invited the whole Church to pray
02:56that hearts may open again to dialogue,
03:02that violence may give way to reason,
03:06and that the world may not surrender itself
03:10to the logic of destruction.
03:14Therefore, the world is wrong
03:17when it treats aggression as wisdom
03:22and domination as realism.
03:25Mercy is not weakness.
03:29Prayer is not weakness.
03:32The refusal of hatred is not weakness.
03:35Love is stronger than death.
03:37Rich is not weakness.
03:40If the poor is not weakness.
03:44blow is more like hell.
