00:01So I actually know this car because when I was a 16 year old, somebody in my neighborhood had this
00:06car and it was the coolest car. I didn't know they brought this back. Yeah, they brought it back. I
00:11think it is a fantastic car for the money. Also, it's actually affordable and it's one of the few sports
00:18cars that you can still get with three pedals. It's got a stick shift. You sit in the driver's seat
00:22because I'm a little bit too tall for this car. I don't fit in it very well. Really? Yeah. So
00:26you couldn't own one of these. I couldn't. I mean, I test drove it
00:29for a week and I had an absolute blast. Have you considered taking off the hat and then maybe you
00:35would fit a little better? I'll take off the hat to get in. But I'm just saying like it's a
00:38little cramped if you're six foot three. And look at this. Are sports cars not manuals anymore? Most aren't. The
00:47problem is car makers that offered a manual and an automatic transmission found that the automatic transmissions were selling much
00:53more and kids these days just can't drive stick shift. I can't drive a stick shift. That is something we
00:58have to remedy.
01:00Automakers are absolutely killing it on this because consumers always want the roof tent. Why do we want the roof
01:05tent? Because it's so cool. And it's like, I don't know, $3,000, maybe a little less, maybe a little
01:11more. And even if you're not going to use it, you're still going to buy it because you want like
01:16the image of someone who has a roof tent.
01:19That's exactly. I could be this person. All right. What else we got? Oh, we should look at the Mustang,
01:23actually. The amount of niceties and flirting I have done at rental desk counters to get a Mustang for an
01:32upgrade is a little embarrassing.
01:33And it makes sense. I mean, it's one of the most classic American cars. It's also really a dying breed
01:40because in the Mustang, you can get a V8, which is the most American of motors possible and a stick
01:47shift.
01:47And there are almost no cars today, no manufacturers who offer a V8 with a stick shift anymore. They sell
01:53them for anywhere from, I think, probably $40,000 to start.
01:57And then you can buy them for $400,000 if you want one like this. Check this out. I don't
02:02know if we can get a shot of this.
02:04You can actually see the exposed suspension. If you look in the back window, you can see the Multimatic shocks.
02:13That's huge. What is that?
02:15That's an Expedition.
02:17$96,000 for this car.
02:20Oh, look at this Rolls Royce Wraith. That is really, I absolutely love it.
02:26That's the ultimate fastback. I love how big it is in the back.
02:29There are suicide doors. They're the only option.
02:32I think it looks like you took a car from Downton Abbey and just, like, stretched it out.
02:37I don't mind that at all. I love Downton Abbey.
02:41What is this?
02:42This is one of the most powerful vehicles you can buy with money.
02:46It's not just a Corvette. It's a DR1X, so it's over 1,000 horsepower.
02:51And I believe the X means it's a hybrid version of their twin turbocharged.
02:57How are the hybrids doing? Are people buying them?
03:00They're doing well, and everybody's really pivoting to build more hybrids.
03:03Away from full electric?
03:05Away from full electric, yeah.
03:07They're leaning into hybrids because that's what consumers want.
03:09In this case, it's for performance benefits, not for green benefits.
03:14Plus, they're going to make an 8-liter diesel.
03:17You're aggressively excited about this.
03:19You always need more power.
03:22Race car drivers, they're getting younger and younger.
03:28It's a great truck.
03:29This is the ZR2 with the Multimatic suspension.
03:32Got this fantastic tailgate.
03:34I mean, listen, I'm a Colorado girl. I love a good tailgate.
03:37These tailgate systems are so advanced, and everybody's trying to do a special one,
03:41but I think Chevy does it best.
03:43That one's cool. I like that one.
03:45So, Koenigsegg, they're super, super popular in the U.S.
03:48And what does that mean, popular? Like, you sold 10 of them?
03:51We only built a total of 125 in the world.
03:55And I think it's going to end up maybe 25 here in the U.S. in total.
03:59And how much are they?
04:00Between $3 to $5 million.
04:03That would explain why there's only 25 of them.
04:06We've been playing a fun game, which is can Matt Miller fit in the fancy car?
04:09Do we think Matt can fit in the fancy car?
04:11Yeah, of course.
04:12Swedish people are tall. That's probably not a problem.
04:15And the best thing is, not all employees of a car company get the logo tattooed on their heads.
04:23But you've got...
04:24Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
04:26I'm trying to visit every car that has a stick shift.
04:30In this entire show, we've only seen three cars that can be bought with a manual transmission.
04:35The Nissan Z, the Mustang, and this, the Subaru BRZ.
04:40Have at it.
04:43We're never getting out of here.
04:45And a Hyundai Boulder.
04:46Oh, this is so cool.
04:48Ah, here's a Tahoe Z71.
04:50The Telluride is right here.
04:51Okay, see, that's too big for me.
04:53Too much back end.
04:54I like a lot of junk in the trunk, you know?
04:57They're doing so well.
04:58Kia.
04:59See, this is the BMW 7 Series.
05:02Wait, Christine, I want to show you one thing on this.
05:04I want to just quickly look at this Mercedes over here.
05:07This is, like, if I had the money, honestly, one of my favorite sports cars.
05:11Really?
05:11It's the GT 63 Coupe.
05:14$181,000.
05:17So, compared to some of our other cars, this is a bargain.
05:20What is this?
05:21The Ioniq 5, but this is, like, the performance version.
05:25You know what's cool about this?
05:27Is it the seats move?
05:28Yes.
05:29No, no.
05:29Not just that the seats move.
05:31I hate electric seats.
05:33I do, too, actually.
05:34I like the bar that, like, slides back and forth.
05:36Exactly, because everybody's shorter than me, so everybody moves the seat forward.
05:39Then I have to use this electric thing, and it takes forever to move it back.
05:42But if you have this, old school, I can just pull up, and it's lighter, and there's nothing to break.
05:48It's cheap to repair.
05:51Why did I have to put my microphone back on?
05:54It's an infamous vehicle.
05:55In 2023, Dodge made the last of their Hemi motors.
06:00It's a big, powerful American V8, but it was, like, environmentally offensive, and we were going green.
06:08But then Donald Trump won, and they were like, let's bring back the Hemi and throw a supercharger on it.
06:15So this is, like, the least efficient, worst for the environment.
06:18I mean, I don't know if it's the absolute worst for the environment, but it makes a lot of carbon
06:24footprint.
06:24It's a $100,000, supercharged, 6.2-liter truck.
06:30Yes.
06:31It's kind of fun.
06:31I mean, it's the most American truck I think that you could possibly get.
06:36People in France are offended by this car.
06:41I don't even know what to do with that.
06:42Get out of my way.
06:43It's so amazing.
06:44I want you to focus on the exit.
06:47I love these trucks, by the way.
06:48And just look only at the exit.
06:49Look.
06:49No, no, no.
06:50Look only at the exit.
06:51So there's the heavy-duty version, the power wagon.
06:54We'll never get it.
06:54And then there's the, um...
06:56But it's the high-output version, 510 horsepower.
06:58I want you to look at that sign right there.
07:00Exit.
07:00Okay, I'm leaving.
07:01Give me your microphone.
07:01I'm leaving.
07:02Thank you so much.
07:04Keep...
07:05Don't stop.
07:06Straight ahead.
07:07Keep going, Matt.
07:12He's not going to make it.
07:13He's not going to make it.
07:16Go!
