19:12Katie is, she's almost 34 weeks pregnant now, and we're in the heat of the summer, right?
19:20So, she's so far along now, now it takes a couple extra grunts to give yourself some motivation to get
19:27up or to walk up the stairs, right?
19:30But so much so that now Esther thinks that that's normal for walking up the stairs, so if she goes
19:35to take a step, she goes, ugh!
19:37And she's not struggling at all, you know what it reminds me of is like when you're working out, and
19:43you just feel like you have to let out a yell, or like the tennis grunts, and you have all
19:47these like scientific studies that have actually proven that that actually helps you exert more power, and it's basically just
19:54a placebo, and it's a very fancy placebo, cause you're there and you're grunting, you're like, yes, I'm lifting more,
19:59this is what I'm doing.
20:00And now my one and a half year old is doing that to just get up off of the floor,
20:04it's like, you haven't been, you're not a blue collar worker doing all these different things, it's just, it's all
20:10right, it's all right.
20:11She just, what's funny about it is that she mirrors what her parents do, and it's not a grunt out
20:17of frustration, it's just a grunt out of power, it's what she thinks that you do, right?
20:21That same sort of heart posture is something that Jesus demonstrates in John chapter 5.
20:28He's at the pool of Bethesda, and he just heals a lame man who couldn't walk, and the Jewish officials
20:35at the time were so baffled that he broke the law, and that he healed on the Sabbath.
20:42And then he actually said a very controversial statement in verse 17, where he's talking about how God is at
20:49work to this day, so he must also continue the same work.
20:53Which is very controversial, because he claims that God is his father, and that's what changes everything, and that's what
21:01makes these Jewish officials go and try to persecute him for everything that he's doing.
21:06And in verse 19, it picks up, and he says, the son cannot do anything on his own, he does
21:13only what the father does.
21:16That's heart posture, that's knowing that the power that is inside of you is the same power that rose Jesus
21:21from the dead, amen?
21:23When Jesus returned back to heaven, he said, greater things you will do, which baffles my mind, because he conquered,
21:31right, sin, sickness, the grave, he conquered everything for us.
21:35So you don't know to walk out and to do his work unless you know the power that's inside of
21:39you.
21:40And sometimes it's going to feel like it's a grunt, and it's going to feel like you have to muster
21:44up this extra strength, because this is all that you can do.
21:48But knowing that God is the one who is standing in the gap for you, fulfilling the things that you
21:53couldn't feel like you were capable of doing, you're doing it in his name, amen?
21:58God, thank you for this evening, thank you for everybody here.
22:01Thank you for filling us with your peace and going before us, and equipping us to be your hands and
22:06feet, to do the work that you have called us to do, to be a light into this world, and
22:11a pathway to show your love to others.

22:20This is the part of the service where we get to continue our worship and honor God with our giving.
22:25They're going to show a couple different ways that you can give electronically on the screen.
22:30And the seatbacks in front of you prefer a physical gift.
22:33There are envelopes there where you can prepare that gift now.
22:35I just wanted to put something on you guys' radar as well.
22:38We are a couple weeks out from one of our biggest outreaches that we do the entire year, Kicks for
22:43Kids.
22:44And you guys are such a generous church who are actually almost fully sponsored for all of the kids that
22:50we are going to be hosting, amen.
22:52We are just looking for a small amount.
22:55We have about 70 kids left that are left to sponsor.
22:58Remember, these are kids that are getting all of their school resources taken care of, backpacks, shoes, the opportunity to
23:06walk in a classroom with confidence when otherwise it might not have been a comfortable situation for them.
23:12And we get to do that because you guys are a generous people, amen.

26:05weekend announcements hey church family this is the last week that you can donate supplies
26:10to our school supply drive and on July 26th from 8 30 a.m to 12 30 p.m is
26:16our kicks for kids event
26:18where we are going to equip kids with new school supplies new shoes free haircuts and a good meal
26:23to equip them and supply them for the upcoming school year it's from 8 30 a.m to 12 30

26:30July 26th you're not going to want to miss it our youth have had an epic best summer ever and

26:35going to end it with a finale which is going to be our church lock-in happening July 26 after
